I have been using Appolo heating to install, service and maintain all my HVAC systems in the past 10 years. I am always impressed by Appolo's customer centric business model and highly efficient services. An vivid example is my recent experience of AC repair. After my AC quit cooling during the first hot day in the season, I called Appolo 24 hour emergency service line. Appolo immediately dispatched a very experienced and skillful tech Kyle to check on the unit within an hour. Kyle quickly performed comprehensive diagnosis and pinpointed the root cause: a broken evaporator coil. After that, Appolo scheduled the repair service for me in a quick turnaround. On the day when the repair was scheduled, Kyle showed up punctually, performed parts replacement, tests, troubleshooting, repair and re-test. During the whole process, Kyle demonstrated great skills, attention to details and dedication. Moreover, Kyle was caught in the middle of a thunderstorm while he was working on the outside unit, under an umbrella, Kyle continued completing all the tasks without discounting quality. My family were really impressed by Kyle's professionalism and couldn't thank him enough for bringing cool air to us on the hottest day of May! Contacted Appolo Heating Inc. for a estimate to replace our furnace with an High Efficiency unit. Joe Bennett, sales rep, stopped over to our home and gave us an estimate on a Lennox SLP98UH090XV48C - AFUE ECM motor gas furnace/90,000 BTU/98% efficiency, I Comfort WiFi Thermostat, Healthy Climate HCC1628 Filter Cabinet. I felt that Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in his job. As for the cost of a new furnace I thought his price was fair market. The service installers arrived at our house on time. The two service men greeted me and were very friendly, they explained the installation of our new furnace. After the installation was complete the one serviceman explained how to use the new WiFi thermostat, how to replace the furnace filter and stressed that yearly maintenance was important to maintain the service warranty . Before they left the serviceman asked if I had any questions or any issues during the installations. I was very satisfied with the installation. Right after the installers left my home I called Joe Bennett and I let him know that the servicemen completed the installation and that I was very pleased. read more

Apollo Heating was far from professional. As a business woman, I employed them for a property I handle. I made clear to them that I would need a bid for repairs so I could get approval. They had to go out twice - because the first time their technician did not make proper notes or measurements. The second time, the other technician literally cursed at me and hung up on me because he illegally parked and was getting a ticket. After much chasing, they refunded me my "diagnostic testing fee"... although I still have not received the check. If I don't receive soon, you can rest assured that this will be going to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVEN THE MANAGEMENT COULD NOT DEAL WITH SIMPLE BIDS AND OR JOBS. read more

My review is mostly centered on the customer service & technicians. I've had more than one tech from Apollo come out & they were all very nice & did the job well. So no complaints. My biggest compliment however is for Mary Beth, the customer service girl. If she doesn't answer I hang up. She is always so friendly, so informative and so very patient with all the questions I often have. She's an asset. I can't say I've ever had the same expeirence with anyone else in customer service where it's always "what," "when," scheduled "goodbye." If I call mary beth always asks about my husband, if he calls she always asks about him. She makes customer service about the customer. read more

I must update my review, as I just got off the phone with Mr. Gladding, the president of Apollo Hearing. After reviewing the events from the other day, Mr. Gladding was extremely apologetic and assured me that this is not the manner in which customer service should've handled the situation. He assured me that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance of the company. The issues have been rectified and I will continue to use Appolo Heating with no concern to the past event. We decided to replace our water heater as it was almost 15 years old to avoid a bigger problem. We were quoted a very competitive price and we decided to proceed. The techs arrived on time and completed the job within 2 hours. They cleaned up the area completely and did not leave until they were sure that I did not have any issues. Used this company recently. Accomplished absolutly nothing. Do yourself a favor. If you ever need this type of work done use anybody but Appolo heating. Most obnoxious people and workers on the face of the earth! Have to pay money for nothing getting done. In process of putting lawsuit together against this Company. During the heatwave leading up to July 4, 2018, we were frantically trying to find someone to fix our central AC unit. Nobody could make it out for a couple weeks, except Appolo. I talked to Don who, to my amazement, was able to send someone out the next day. The technician, Paul, was nice and professional. Most importantly, he was able to quickly fix the unit at a really great price. I would definitely call Appolo again. read more

Our AC stopped working on hottest day of summer. Called Appolo and very pleasant service rep offered a couple windows for repairing. I received a courtesy call 15 minutes before service arrived, I appreciated not having to sit around all day waiting. Within an hour our AC was running again. Quick response and great service from Appolo! My furnace suddenly stopped working and left me without heat. Scott, the Appolo tech that came to my rescue was great.
