They sent a very professional estimator out to our house quickly to meet us and talk about the services they provide. They broke the price down based on the different paint products available and even offered quotes to replace some damage on our house. We found their prices to be comparable to other painters we got estimates from and were able to choose the kind of paint that gave us the best cost vs effectiveness balance which was nice because some painters are limited to one line of products available. Much to our surprise they called and said that they had availability much sooner than they originally thought and were able to come out the next day to begin painting. After a full day of very thorough prep work they had a crew large enough to paint all of the body in one day and trimmed out the next. The final paint job looks AMAZING! I was so impressed that they came back at a time that was convenient for me to walk the house and discuss any issues that I noticed. There were very few, but they dealt with them immediately and professionally. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and the value we got for repainting our house!

We asked for a drain to be stubbed into the slab which he said he could do then when it came time to do it he said he didn't know how to. We asked for semi circle steps and we got rectangular ones. He was supposed to leave 2.5" for stone work on the stairs and he left 4". They had to borrow tool, and damaged out hot tub cover. I do not rec using Tellez concrete.

Significant concerns about the work completed by Schwabees…read more Perhaps an indication of what was to come, I came home one day to find the pieces of my old fence sloppily strewn across a newly landscaped lawn. The other company working on my land stacked these pieces carefully in the street for hauling. The crew doesn't use tools for measuring, cutting or alignment. Cuts look like they were made with a butter knife. Heights were unmeasured and uneven. Basic fence construction tenets (adding a cross bar to prevent bowing) were not followed. The two gates drag on the ground. Odd placements of random pieces of wood gave a haphazard look to the work. While the individual people are pleasant, the work is not professionally done. Of most concern, the owners are either unaware or unconcerned about this. Ultimately, it is their responsibility to oversee the work, coach and develop their employees. The owners were on site for the work, so again, very disturbing that they would accept the quality as being passable. After multiple requests to right the situation, I was told the fence is done and any further work would be at my cost. My experience mirrors other reviews posted about Schwabees. I ended up paying another company to fix the work. I am very pleased with the corrections the other company was able to make and can now put this (expensive) chapter behind me. Schwabee's was unimpressive on all counts.

They painted the interior of our last home in 2018, stained a deck for us in 2020, and painted the interior of the new construction home we've lived in for just over a year. Each time they have responded to our inquiry promptly, communicated clearly regarding job pricing, timing, and expectations, and completed the work on (or ahead of) schedule. I was expected to remove pictures and anything else attached to the walls, and the crew handled outlet plates, blinds, and everything else. They were efficient, polite, and we are extremely pleased with the results. For all three jobs, we've found the pricing to be competitive and everyone from the estimators to the project managers to the crews have gone out of their way to make sure we're happy with the work. We won't hesitate to use Foothills again when the time comes.

I spoke with a handful of local siding companies and wasn't impressed. When Alala stopped by for a free estimate, I found that her prices and professionalism were a cut above the others. Once the work started, it took a pair of workers about 3 days to remove all of the ruined siding and underlying OSB (also rotten) and subsequently install new vinyl siding. These guys were so great! Their workmanship and level of dedication were impressive and they were generally great guys. Alala was always easy to get a hold of and communication was much easier than other companies I've dealt with in the past. She ensured that I was happy with the end result, and I absolutely am. It looks fantastic I know I'll be working with them again at some point in the future to finish the rest of the house. I would recommend Siding Design Pro to anyone in the area.
