When we contacted the manufacturer, they informed us that they couldn't honor the warranty because the unit was sold by an unauthorized dealer. I took this critical information back to the store and confronted the owner, who shockingly attempted to sell me a freezer that I wouldn't even consider placing in a rundown property. I made it very clear that I'm not struggling financially and could easily buy a new freezer from Home Depot. However, I was reassured that I had a warranty on the unit I purchased from him. The owner then tried to push another unit on me and dismissed my concerns, claiming he couldn't do anything. If you're running a business, you need to stand behind your products. If you knew I couldn't get the unit warranted, why would you mislead me? This is unacceptable business practice. If you choose to shop there, ensure they can guarantee that your unit is covered by the manufacturer. Otherwise, you risk it sitting at the roadside waiting for the trash man after nearly five months. Don't let the reviews deceive you; bad business will always be bad business. Before you leave the store, make sure the unit has a serial number on the back. Don't get trapped like I did.

I had purchased a brand new G.E. refrigerator that was supposed to be a garage ready refrigerator. I purchased the refrigerator in December 2026. While using it for the last 4 months I did not realize at the time that my purchase was actually the wrong model and that it was not a garage ready refrigerator. I didnt realize because it was still cold in my garage so I didnt see any issues at the time. Now the weather has changed and my garage is hot so I was seeing how my refrigerator was struggling to stay cold inside. I own a micro bakery and I use it for many loads of sourdough bread. I called appliance 4 less and told them that I had looked up my refrigerator and that the one they sold me was not the one I had requested. I told them that on purchase I stated that I needed to have and only wanted a garage ready refrigerator. The kind woman did not argue with me and tried to help me. She looked to find me a garage ready refrigerator and told me they did not have one. The customer service I received was amazing especially in today's time you really dont find good customer service anymore but you do here. Because she couldn't find a refrigerator that I needed she offered to refund my money even with it being 5 months that I did use it. I was so surprised and honestly I expected to have many arguments and needing to get my credit card company involved but I didnt have to. I can say this company truly gives the best service its starts from the minute you walk in the door. I even got a free warranty on the refrigerator which was amazing. So if you are looking for an appliance I would not go anywhere else. This is the second purchase that I had made with Appliance 4 less and if I ever need or have someone I know that needs an appliance I will always tell people give appliance 4 less a chance. Had to revisited the store to make a few changes on my previous purchase. It was a nightmare,…read moredealt with Togo (salesperson)! The mattress they delivered had a few crusty nasty stains. Requested replacement and after one night on the twin XL found that I misjudged the size and needed actually to have a Full size. Ehson (salesperson)was fine with it, and asked me to go visit the store. Togo, Salesperson, showed me first a replacement of a full size for $2100, way out of my budget. Finally found a replacement - was under the impression it would be done even exchange, nope, did not happened. So then I was told , we do not switch out mattresses after one night, I could not sleep on the one I had , it was way to hard for me and it was dirty. Then I was told I could not get an exchange for the Adjustable base, as it was electric, but was offered the free one with purchase for $299, I needed the mattress ASPA as the one I had was way to hard. Then I was told, the 2 pieces could not be delivered until the end of Oct, I needed it now. Then I was told I could get the new mattress in 2 days, but the free 299 base wasn't available and they would not make 2 different deliveries for this exchange. So I am not only stuck with an adjust twin XL base, Togo refused to exchange even though I had it only one night. Now I am stuck wiht the twin XL base and a full size delivery mattress in 2 days. In addition Togo charged me almost close to $200 in addition. A nightmare, that will be it for me and the Mattress firm !!!!
