I went in to purchase lavender plants and waited in a long checkout line. When I got to the register, the plant I selected had been mislabeled. I worked with the cashier to resolve it and, to keep the line moving, I agreed to quickly retrieve the correct item myself. I returned within moments, waited for the current customer to finish, and stepped forward to complete what was clearly a continuation of the same transaction. At that point, I was told to go to the back of the line. I explained that I had already waited and had just been working with the cashier on this exact issue, but I was still refused and dismissed in front of other customers. The experience was embarrassing and honestly very upsetting. I reported it to store management and also through Lowe's Open Door Hotline (case #HRC9013875), but I have not received any meaningful resolution. I'm sharing this because no customer should be treated this way, especially after trying to be considerate of others in line. I hope Lowe's takes this seriously and addresses how situations like this are handled going forward.

Usually it's the same exact product but an older model and it's usually on clearance. - wait for the 5 got $10 sales on mulch. It's the cheapest they offer. They were able to come out the next day. The tech (Robert) was very nice and easy to talk to. He tried a couple of simple tricks to see what was going on with it. He then took out the bottom cap and worked under the drum for awhile and pulled a quarter out of the washer. The quarter was very badly worn and jagged and was the obvious culprit.. He then put the washer back together and ran it for a few minutes. It was fixed and it has worked great since.. Although I hate that a quarter cost us 95 bucks, that was a "best case scenario" when your washer is grinding. So in summery 1. They were fast 2. They were honest. (he could have told me that was my flux capacitor and padded the bill) 3. Fair price. ( the industry standard service call fee plus hourly wage) 4. My washer is fixed I will use them in the future

I was able to connect the TV to Wifi but she only wants what she knows and that's regular U-Verse viewing with her familiar universal remote. In his defense, 2 hours on the phone with ATT didn't solve the problem and a tech was scheduled. Two minutes on google AI advised me to get an HDMI cable and explained the reasons.
