They were able to come out the next day. The tech (Robert) was very nice and easy to talk to. He tried a couple of simple tricks to see what was going on with it. He then took out the bottom cap and worked under the drum for awhile and pulled a quarter out of the washer. The quarter was very badly worn and jagged and was the obvious culprit.. He then put the washer back together and ran it for a few minutes. It was fixed and it has worked great since.. Although I hate that a quarter cost us 95 bucks, that was a "best case scenario" when your washer is grinding. So in summery 1. They were fast 2. They were honest.
