I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had an issue with my dryer and found ApplianceASAP on social media. The service person was Vullnet Xhemaili and he was just incredible. Not only did he fix the dryer, he really clean it out well ... I mean, really paying attention to detail. He was talking while he was working about tips on how to keep this dryer in really good condition as well as giving me good advice on how to keep the washing machine in good condition. My tumble dryer broke ! I had no idea who to call so I made a list of appliance repair people. Some of the people that I called were plain unhelpful, some did not call back, one called back too late after phone tag. Appliance ASAP were my last hope ! the lady who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful and explained how their pricing works and she was able to schedule a technician for the next day so I was delighted. The technician that came, his name is V for short was very professional and pleasant and was able to diagnose the issue within minutes ! he has our dryer working in no time for what I would call a very reasonable price. Despite needing a new control panel, the repair came in less than expected - Jeremy even did some soldering at home to make it work. I contacted Appliance ASAP when my dryer broke. They have a very helpful online appointment system which came in handy on a Saturday of a long holiday weekend. Kudos to Ray in their office. When I called after the holiday to discuss the problem with my dryer, he was able to diagnose it enough to order a part. That was indeed the correct part needed, so a lot of time was saved by the tech already having the replacement part on his truck. Otherwise I would have waited longer for my dryer to be repaired. Kudos also to Vullnet, the service tech. He was highly skilled and very respectful of our home. He arrived during the time window given to me by the scheduler, which was great. He did a great job repairing my dryer and cleaning up after his work. He even took the burned out control board away for disposal! Call because of noise in the dishwasher and the self clean on the oven not working. $214 later: 1)"Your dishwasher is not worth fixing" (High end Bosh), all he did was listen to it and claim that the pump and the controller is bad and will cost you $600 to replace the parts. 2) Your oven has a stuck screw and it will be too hard to fix. You should just live with this. Brett Johnson is a bad repair person. This company a joke. Please save you money or call someone else. My old oven door hinge broke. They found the part, gave me a quote, and we set the appointment. A technician named Brett came out. He made sure I was clear on the price, which included the cost to come out, parts, and labor. He also explained that in addition to the hinge, there was a spring that often failed, but that we wouldn't know until he got in there. He said that he expected the job to take 15-30 minutes. It took 15 minutes and the spring was fine. I appreciated knowing what to expect in advance, and Brett was very professional. I would use them again. read more

Wow!! The "technician" just left in a huff because "we don't service your area" - the fat pig comes in with a huge attitude. Too lazy and stupid to park on 12th where there is PLENTY of parking. If the moron can't walk up a lousy hill with a lousy toolbag - yea they shouldn't be servicing our area. Did he realize he was on queen anne when he got here!? Not sure - I guess not too bright. So I'm left calling the property manager back to get competent help. And the fools at King and Bunny who sent these schmucks will also hear about this. I got a nice waste of time, a bunch of filthy wet towels and a major attitude from one of the peons who serve us. This place is a POS. Oh and I called to complain - another (probably fat pig) answered with a similar nasty attitude, so I didn't even bother being civil. Get it together, fools. Our LG Tromm washer stopped working. Our technician was "V". He clearly knew these washers inside and out, quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part - a Haul sensor. He came back in a few days with the part and within half an hour the washer was as good as new. As simple as it gets. During the same visit, at our request, he took a look at our Bosch dishwasher which had been acting up. He immediately diagnosed it as having a broken soap dispenser. Helped us to identify the part and once it arrives they are coming to fix that as well. Great customer service to schedule and follow-up, knowledgeable techs, and reasonable prices! Hope nothing else breaks, but if it does we know who to call. read more

I have a very fancy, complicated refrigerator that slowly went dead. ASAP sent Jeremy Cox to assess the problem. Jeremy evaluated the situation, ordered a part and came back, on time, two days later to install it. He had to go through a lot of hurdles to fix the thing, but did it cheerfully. He was very thoughtful and even brought in my mail (my allergies were acting up and he saved me having to be exposed to all that spring pollen). He cleaned up more than I ever expected and even gave me his direct number in case I have in problems with my fridge. I highly recommend Jeremy to tackle any appliance repair!!! read more

Nobody wanted to work on our 8-yr old Electrolux Icon refrigerator. One company came out, but didn't make much headway. In fact, he told us all sorts of stuff that was incorrect... I finally got connected with Appliance ASAP, after getting a referral from another company that wouldn't work on this model. Clint was very knowledgeable; he cleared up the mis-information from the prior guy (who told us to throw out all our food because there was a toxic leak). He also explained why our fridge was working fine, while the freezer wasn't (we apparently have dual evaporators, which the prior guy never figured out). Anyway, we decided to replace both the evaporators and a few other parts so the fridge would be good for another 10 years. All turned out great. read more

We've had two bad experiences with this company and will not use them again. The last time the tech came out and told us the reason the dishwasher wasn't washing the top rack was because we used power soap. He then was ready to go home after charging us $120. I asked that he at least open the machine up and take a look. The problem was not soap at all but rather a clogged screen and the entire floor of the machine, after he took off the bottom plate, was coated with ground up food particles. He then said he doesn't usually clean out this type of situation, but went ahead reluctantly. He then, to top it all, off charged us an additional $90 plus the $120 for 35 minutes of labor - 30 minutes would have been $60 but the extra 5 minutes "rounded up" to 45 minutes. The final straw for us was the store manager's response which was even less professional than the tech's. read more

really really great !! the price is reasonable, we just bought the house,and we waive the inspection when we bought this,after we move in we found the refrigerator need to repair, I called many service company they told me but they dont know what I say(maybe my english is very poor,but they dont have too much patient as well )!! but ApplianceASAP customer service is very nice and patient, they schedule my repair service next day between 11 am - 2pm, and James came on time about 11:10, professional and nice, he told me the problem about the refrigerator, and give me a quote, my friend told me repair this part should be $300,but James just give me $200 quote( include the $85 diagnose fee and tax)!! amazing! and he told me we should wait for a part 1 business day, they will call me if that part in stock.After James left, they send me a copy of receipt and another email feel sorry about unable to repair it today. My experience with this company was so abysmal and has me so irritated, I felt the need to write my first yelp review. Let's start off with the name. ASAP. Shouldn't that mean "as soon as possible"? Wasn't even close. I took my over the range microwave in for repair as it had stopped heating. I was told someone would get back to me within 2-4 days with a diagnosis and quote. 10 days later, I called asking for an updated status, thinking maybe they had written my number down wrong or something. But I was told they hadn't even looked at it yet and that they would have someone look at it that day and get back to me immediately. 3 days later, I called again and was told the technician was looking at it right at that moment and they would be contacting me within a few hours. 5 days after that, I finally got a call back. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it, but thought it could be one of two parts - which I had them replace both of since I just wanted a working microwave back at that point - and they told me it would be available for pickup 2 days later. When I showed up, my microwave still wasn't put back together. AFTER I got it home and proceeded to reinstall it, I realized they had forgotten to put the top piece back on that connects to the vent. Since it was Sunday, I immediately sent them an email about it. 2 days later, after not getting a response, I called and they were able to find the part and I went in and picked it up. On top of all of that! There is now a bulge in the side of my microwave that is visible as it protrudes from the side of my cabinets. And one of the plastic connections holding the stainless trim on the top is broken. I would send the company an email, or give them a call, but I feel like I would never get a response back. read more

Vullnet was a total pro when he came out to fix our screeching washing machine. Within a few minutes, he had figured out that the issue was the raised floor panel, which he was able to disengage from the tub. Thanks to him we did not have to replace anything. My new Whirlpool Dryer was making a noise. Since it is only a few months old it is still in warranty. I called Costco Concierge service who set up the repair appt with ASAP. I have never heard of them-my hope was positive-PLEASE fix this on the first trip! Vulnett - Called "V" arrived on time even after a big snow storm. I was surprised. I explained the problem and left him to it. About 20 min later, he informed me -all fixed. It was a loose screw, he had to take the top off the dryer and figure out what screw was loose. Unsolicited, on his way out, he said he had a "tip" for me on my dishwasher-any dishwasher really-run the hot water first before you start the dishwasher. I guarantee your will get a better dishwashing experience. WOW! I tried it and he is correct! AND my dryer works great! I will definitely use ASAP again! read more

Steve Shera showed up in a timely fashion, was super polite and gentlemanly. He knew what the problem was and made arrangements to have the new part shipped. We will have our refrigerator working properly again as soon as the part comes in. I have every confidence that ASAP will complete the repair in the same efficient and courteous manner. It is frustrating to me to buy an appliance less than five months ago and have it break down due to a manufacturing default. It seems to me that when you pay $4 thousand dollars for a GE refrigerator is should work more than five months. I took a picture of all the tags on my appliance and that wasn't sufficient so they came not prepared to fix my appliance. They told me it just needed belts and that they would have them ordered, once they were in they would install them. A week later they came out to my house, my son who is of age to be able to stay home was there and the tech said he wouldn't go into my house with my son there. ( I have NEVER in my life had this situation happen, mind you the home im in now has had alot of recent repairs and everyone other tech has not had an issue) I have in home cameras to monitor as well. When the tech called me he said he would call me right back and he didn't. Everytime I have called into them they have placed me on an eternal hold and have hung up countless times just to call back and be placed on hold again. I despise being lied to, poor customer service, and when I am given the run around. This is exactly what this company does I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I called about a dozen appliance repair places looking to find someone to repair my Dynasty range. Nobody would agree to fix it, all saying parts weren't available. Appliance ASAP were pros! They had the igniters in stock, the appointment was booked with no delay, the fix was quick, fully tested to confirm the oven would ignite properly, and our oven was back up and running. I had ordered replacement parts on line, and the company sent the wrong parts... when they didn't believe me, the Appliance ASAP tech agreed to talk to them to confirm the part was the wrong one. I am beyond pleased with the service that this company provided and it is all due to Clint, the repairman who serviced our Viking refrigerator. When we bought our house in 2006, it came with a beautiful Viking refrigerator that probably cost about 14,000. Just recently the the alarm sensor was going off in the middle of the night. We had two different companies come out to give estimates as to what could be wrong....the first quoted us about 3700.00 to fix. They said it needed a system rebuild. We also had them give us a quote on our gas stove burner that would not work. They quoted 645.00 The second company said the same thing regarding the refrigerator but they quoted around 2800.00. Appliance ASAP came out and sent Clint. I immediately felt that he knew what he was doing.......he did not have to take the refrigerator apart to assess the problem like the other two did. He gave me a quote of 1800.00 to fix, and hooked up some Freon so that the temperature would not drop and the alarm would not keep going off (which the other two men did not offer). He also fixed the gas stove burner right them and had the part on him which only costed 90 dollars. When Clint came back and worked on the refrigerator, he was VERY clean and efficient. I felt very comfortable with his presence and trusted him while I left to run an errand. I would definitely recommend this company and Clint to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, honest repairman with a lot of experience. read more

I would highly recommend Appliance ASAP, and request Vullnet as your technician... he also goes by "V". He was excellent! Our dishwasher was making a vibrating noise, and "V" was able to diagnose the problem and find a solution. On top of this, he gave me tips I didn't know about how to make our dishwasher clean and sanitize better and even more efficiently. He was very knowledgeable! He is a very nice guy, very professional, showed up within the window of time I booked. Also, he was very honest. I thought we might need a new drain pump for our dishwasher, but he was honest and said that we did not need a new drain pump and explained why, and saved me the money. He was right about the drain pump. :) Also, what is impressive about Appliance ASAP is "V" told me they work with every type of appliance and every brand of appliance. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has made 8+ visits to my home to try to repair my refrigerator, but they do not seem capable of doing it. And ASAP apparently means two months--with no fix in sight. Then the owner (Sid) tries to make excuses. He flat out lies and says one thing and then changes the answer when you call him on it later. This is seriously the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend using another company if you actually want your appliance to be repaired. read more

Our brand new Electrolux refrigerator was making a continuous loud whirring noise and a horrible high pitched sound, and the freezer was frosty. The retailer insisted they send a repair company to assess the problem (rather than replace it). The ASAP repairman looked at the refrigerator, tried a few things, and agreed that the fridge was exceptionally noisy. He explained that Electrolux may want to replace the compressor. He then called Electrolux, listened to the two minute speech from the operator, and hung up the phone. He told me the refrigerator was fine. When he called the retailer, he said he could not hear any noises at all. He completely changed his diagnosis after speaking with the manufacturer. The high pitched tone is driving us all crazy! Today my carrots are frozen, and the freezer is completely white with frost. Clearly this refrigerator is defective, but Electrolux will not replace or repair it, since the repairman lied about the problems. Thanks a lot ASAP! read more
