I was concerned that his area did not cover where I'm located based on the Yelp map so I hesitated but ended up calling anyway. Glad I did! As he frequently goes outside the service area. We scheduled a 2-hour window and Michael showed up on time. He inspected both of my appliances.. and wouldn't you know one of them didn't show the leaking it was doing for me when he was here. Michael said the leaking in my fridge could be solved by thawing it out for 24 hours. But I opted for the quick remedy that Michael offered. As I wasn't ready for so much food that might get spoiled if I went the 24 hour route. All in all, I'm very happy with Michael and will recommend him to whoever needs an appliance repair. Thanks Michael!

Robert showed up the same day, diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, had the part on his truck, and fixed it like it was nothing. He explained what happened, showed me how to avoid the same problem, and even cleaned up after himself (rare these days). My Viking stove is 11 years old and it has been a total rock star until this past weekend. I was…read moresitting in another room and began hearing some very strange popping sounds coming from the kitchen along with the smell of smoke which is very odd considering the stove and oven was turned off. After removing the griddle, I found some wires sparking and took a video of it just before it make a very loud pop and blew out the circuit breaker. We then pulled out the stove, unplugged it and turned off the gas. I called Viking LA Service and Repair shortly after. Setting up an appointment was very easy and I was pleased that I did not have to wait a week, only two days since it was the weekend. My appointment was set for sometime between 10-2. Brad called me around 9:30am and said he can be there in 20 minutes. Awesome!! First appointment of the day. Upon Brad's arrival, he was incredibly professional and entered my house wearing the proper PPE and was very aware of keeping 6 feet distance. I explained what happened and showed him the video. He identified the problem within a few minutes, did some rewiring, taped up the wires and other small electrical parts in the stove to help prevent this issue from happening again. Before plugging the stove back in and turning on the circuit breaker, he showed me what he did and explained it in detail. We then plugged in the stove, turned on the gas and flicked the circuit breaker back on. He tested the stove and oven for several minutes making sure that all was in perfect working condition. He pushed the stove back into place which was probably the most difficult task since the legs were getting stuck on the tile grooves but he did it and didn't leave us hanging with a stove sticking out and away from the wall. Huge Kudos to Brad for his knowledge with Viking appliances and his professionalism. I am thrilled that was able to find the problem and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Here's to many more years with my Viking stove!
