They came right out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an extremely reasonable quote. When the part came in they came back and fixed the fridge. The cherry on top was the guy took the time to clean up under the fridge! If we ever need another repair they will be our first call!

Called stove barn which has changed hands to Caesar. Clearly explained that I had an OPEN LOG fireplace that had the pilot light go out. They scheduled a visit. Today- they came and said they would not service any open log set ups. Even though they are qualified on gas stoves- would not touch it. Even though I bought it from the company that existed previously. Why come in the first place ? Did not recommend anyone who could service it. It's been running fine for years. Left me high and dry with no recommendations as to how to get it back on. Very unsatisfied.
