Keep in mind these repairs only last 2 weeks before it is broken again. Teppermans seems to have a habit of putting a bandage on problems until their one year warranty is up and then throwing you away being disloyal. I do not recommend buying from here or any teppermans as they will screw you out of money and lots of their stuff is poorly built. Their solution for me is to spend MORE money buying a rug even though I already purchased the pads they told me would fix the issue and that I would be reimbursed for them and I never was. I wish I could give zero stars…read more Horrible customer service from day one. On the evening of September 8th, I went to Leons to purchase a washer/dryer set and was "assisted" by Mitch. In addition to buying the new washer/dryer, I requested installation and the option to pick up the old washer/dryer. During the transaction, I was passed off to another salesperson to finish the transaction and he did not include the "free" pillows in any paperwork and other issues that arised later. I didn't receive the washer/dryer until October 19th even though Mitch told me that it would be ready for delivery at the beginnign of October.I kept calling the store, weekly, to find out if the washer/dryer was in stock and to schedule the delivery. There was a delivery attempt on October 18th and they didn't even bother attempting due to fear of scratching up the items because their regular guys were not available, also I was told that the option to pick up the old washer/dryer was not included in the receipts, but at least (the next day) they were nice enough to put the old washer/dryer out in the front lawn. The delivery was completed on October 19th and both washer/dryer ended up getting scratched away, it would have been okay but when the customer service rep laughed it off saying that it happens sometimes and it's a small scratch, it upset us and caused to complain; someone ended up giving us a $200 credit. On October 21st, the third-party installation company came and installed the washer and dryer and supposedly everything was okay. We did a test run with the washer and it was fine. On the evening of October 27th, we tried the dryer for the first time and it is not working... I called the store to find out who to call to get the issue fixed (third party installation, etc) and the customer service rep essentially blew me off and told me to call Samsung for technical support, which angered me to write this review. I called Samsung and told that there is a "special Leons team" that handles technical support that only works Monday to Friday... now I have to wait another three days or more before I can use the "new" dryer... For future customers, Leon's or the installation company should provide information on what needs to be removed or done to install a new purchase. I regret the purchase and shopping at Leon's. Very poor customer experience. If there is a problem with an installation, Leons will not help you. I've been calling back and forth with Transglobal and Quick Contractors and cannot get the technican to correct the installation error. Installation fee is a waste of money.

Thank you to the Business Manager, Jay, for the explanation regarding the Bosch FD codes. Following your reply, I contacted Bosch directly with the Bill of Lading. They confirmed that the confusion stemmed from the fact that the manufacturing code numerals (0512) was buried in the middle of the lengthy serial number string on your paperwork. The unit was indeed manufactured in December 2025. While I appreciate Jay clarifying this now, it is baffling that this information had to come via a management reply to a negative review, rather than from the staff I actively contacted multiple times. I am updating this to 2 stars only because the unit was technically new, but the service experience remains a 1-star disaster. This situation highlights a severe lack of accountability that I am seeing mentioned in many other recent reviews of CAS: great at taking money, terrible at after-sales support. The root cause of this mess is my original sales representative, Ayaan Syed. He was incredibly responsive right up until he secured the sale. Post-sale, he ghosted me completely. Despite multiple attempts to contact him throughout the whole week, he never replied. If a sales rep cannot support their client or explain the product specs after taking a $5,000 order, they shouldn't be in sales. Meanwhile, the delivery team lacked the training to read a Bosch serial number, and Sapna from After Sales Support simply told me that CAS cannot confirm if the unit I received was manufactured in 2025 (see screenshot for her reply). I ended up cancelling the original order after that. Finally, come January, Jay stepped in and confirmed that the unit was indeed from 2025. But I had to place a brand new order now, and the price jumped from $4,490 to $4,740. My new rep, Adam Abuiso, was a pleasure to deal with, but he was unable to honor the original price. I am now out of pocket nearly $300 purely because the CAS team instructed me incorrectly on their own inventory. I have been a loyal customer of Canadian Appliance Source for over 10 years, but this is not the service I expect. Forcing a long-term client to pay a higher price because your staff failed to provide basic product information is a steep decline in business ethics.

My mom ordered a queen sized mattress, box spring, bed frame and 8 dining chairs. The queen size mattress, boxspring and bed frame was NOT queen sized - it was 3 inches less in width and resembled a double. Even more disappointing, despite having being told the chairs were of the highest quality and made in Canada, they arrived in boxes stamped with "Made In China" where she could only accept 6 out of the 8 as 2 arrived smashed. We did not accept the remaining owed chairs once it was explained to us that "Made in China" can be advertised as "Made in Canada" as long as they were partially assembled in Canada. The quality by no means reflected the price tag and they offered no further help with the undersized bed.
