TERRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!
I bought a mattress right before they closed for 3 months due to COVID19. I put down a $1000 as a deposit. Once I found out they were closed and my mattress was going be delayed for 3 months, I called them right away. Richard said I could get a full refund once the store reopens. When they opened, I went into the store to get my money back and Richard tells me that his boss is going to charge me a restocking fee of $340!? So in this situation, my only options are to get my mattress 3 months late or pay $340 for nothing!? I asked to talk to his boss and he refused to let me talk to him?
