As far as we know, the repairs were good and we haven't had any issues since the second company came out to complete the process. We were disappointed in the lack of clear communication. They also left a mess for us to clean up, which isn't a big deal but everyone else who's done work here has cleaned up their messes. Wow, talk about amazing customer service! This guy really, really knows his stuff AND he takes care of business with good humor, great explanations and recommendations for the appliance dummies, (AKA me) and he possesses just a certain sort of style and grace that I would never anticipate from an appliance repairman. Billy was in my kitchen literally 20 minutes after I called him to report a new-ish Maytag refrigerator that had stopped chilling in the frig department while continuing to go strong in the freezer department. My husband had tried a few things and got it chugging for a few weeks, but frig temp was like 55 degrees today - no bueno!!!!
