The 3 ladies working spent the entire time literally screaming at each other back and forth: everything from when to clean the shop to their bathroom habits. The place only had 2 others customers in it at the time so this was unnecessary but nonetheless unprofessional and extremely unrelaxing! Worst nail salon I've ever went to. If you do end up here turn around and go elsewhere. The N word was dropped by the mixed girl doing my nails. She threatened to beat up my mom. I debated calling the police but ended up just leaving. Salon is dirty and stinky. Worst experience ever. read more

My first time having bad customer service at a nail salon. They were super unprofessional and it just kept getting worse the longer I was there. I walked in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and they were still working on the previous customers. The boyfriends of the two ladies working were there. The owner only had me soak my feet while waiting because she was offering to soak her boyfriends feet. The ladies were taking their time (which I usually don't mind but I had to be done by a certain time) and joking with their previous customers and boyfriends. My appointment started 30 mins after it was scheduled. I wasn't offered anything to drink while I waited. My nail tech had to rush through my appointment. As soon as she sat with me she put in headphones. She had to lower the music in her phone to hear me when I said something. Then she was on a phone call the rest of the time. She also was pretty much making out with her boyfriend right in front of me while doing my nails and making faces like she was being inconvenienced by having one last customer. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I'm bummed because I though I liked this place, but I don't get my nails done too often and I don't want to have this type of experience when I do. I have been looking for a new nail salon since relocating to WI a little over a year ago and now have finally found one that is incredibly great! I had high hopes for this one. I was disappointed. I had a full set done after plenty of questions prior to the service. It was hard to communicate with all of them. I was cut twice. Nails started lifting literally within the first day. They did not use primer of any kind and did no nail bed prep. Undereducated Technicians. Dirty, typical, rushed cramped and smelly nail salon. One great thing i can say is they have every color you can imagine to choose from. They were relatively polite but could care less. I contacted them to see what they would offer in regards to my nails all lifting within three days, they made little to no efforts and told me to soak them off. Just recently me and a couple of my friends stopped in to get our nails done. All of the ladies in there were very nice but there was one lady who did not smile and seemed very crabby the whole time. Both me and one of my friends had her for our nails and she seemed very annoyed by us. One of my nails was clearly very crooked and when I asked her to fix it she told me that I was wrong and it was straight. When I insisted she complained to the other lady and filed it down. My nails actually ended up turning out okay (after she smudged one and yelled at me for doing it lol) but the skin around my fingers is absolutely destroyed from her filing them and they burn. My friend had the same experience with her fingers. Honestly maybe the girl was just having a bad day or something but I wish she didn't take it out on my fingers. The place was nice but just be sure to avoid the lady with the nose ring if you love your nails. read more
