If I could give zero stars I would. I made a last-minute appointment 11/15/25 for 9:15 AM after a…read morelast minute family member was coming to town, and while the salon looked nice when I walked in, the actual experience was very disappointing. During my pedicure, the nail tech commented on my hairy legs even after I apologized. It's winter in Wisconsin; it happens. Then, when clipping my toenails, I apologized again since I don't get routine pedicures, and she commented about how long they were as well. It made the entire service feel uncomfortable and judgmental. When I moved on to my manicure, the tech (I didn't catch their name) accidentally cut my finger and it started bleeding. I included a photo. By that point, I honestly just wanted the appointment to be over. I hated my experience that was suppose to be relaxing. The total was $135 before tip, which is significantly higher than what I usually pay in Appleton ($90 for the same basic manicure and pedicure). For what I received, it felt overpriced. I wasn't asking for anything complicated--just simple colors, no designs, nothing extra. Overall, I left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I'm not a picky person, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this salon, 0/5 stars.

So for starters, when the guy originally did my nails he didn't hold them next to each other to make sure they were actuallly even. He just eyeballed it and continued (Spoiler: They were not even). He finished up, told me to wait seven minutes for the top coat to dry, and then he completely left the building. He didn't clean up around my nails at all. Left me with a chunk of black on my skin. Fine, not a big deal. So I sat waiting for them to dry, and the lady nearby who was doing some lady's pedicure came over to check that they were dry&rub oil on my cuticles. Which she did wearing gloves. The same gloves she was wearing while doing the other lady's pedicure. She then returned to that lady to continue the pedicure with the same gloves. Fast forward to the next day. I noticed at some point during my work day the acryllic tip on my pointer finger fell off without me even noticing. SNS and all. I go back to get it fixed against my better judgement. Again, the nail is unproportionate. And again, fast forward two days after getting it fixed, two more acryllic tips pop off at the SAME TIME while I am no more than *opening a sliding screen door*. I paid $50 for my nails (w/o tip) and they don't even stay in good condition for a week. Not even bothering to come back and get them fixed this time. I will just stick to my usual place next time

The tech which was the owner was not personable at all. She got upset when i advised her how I like my nails. She threw my hands around when she would adjust a nail after that. When I asked to pay before my polish, I was gonna leave her a cash tip and not on my card. She threw my receipt at me. No wonder they don't have any business!
