So for starters, when the guy originally did my nails he didn't hold them next to each other to make sure they were actuallly even. He just eyeballed it and continued (Spoiler: They were not even). He finished up, told me to wait seven minutes for the top coat to dry, and then he completely left the building. He didn't clean up around my nails at all. Left me with a chunk of black on my skin. Fine, not a big deal. So I sat waiting for them to dry, and the lady nearby who was doing some lady's pedicure came over to check that they were dry&rub oil on my cuticles. Which she did wearing gloves. The same gloves she was wearing while doing the other lady's pedicure. She then returned to that lady to continue the pedicure with the same gloves. Fast forward to the next day. I noticed at some point during my work day the acryllic tip on my pointer finger fell off without me even noticing. SNS and all. I go back to get it fixed against my better judgement. Again, the nail is unproportionate. And again, fast forward two days after getting it fixed, two more acryllic tips pop off at the SAME TIME while I am no more than *opening a sliding screen door*. I paid $50 for my nails (w/o tip) and they don't even stay in good condition for a week. Not even bothering to come back and get them fixed this time. I will just stick to my usual place next time

This is the best nail salon in town... a friend of mine booked our appointments for our friends wedding and they treated us like royalty! The owner brought out wine and goodies for us!! They were all super nice and talked to us the whole time.. made us feel right at home! They were very accommodating as our friend had her 9 month old daughter and were laughing and giggling with her!! They did a phenomenal job on all of our nails as well! I did the dip and asked for three different colors and they were all so nice! Will definetly be back to this place! read more

BEST NAIL SALON!! This is my favorite nail salon! Joann and Kim are fantastic! They are delightful and always make me laugh. They are so flexible and accomodating! Outstanding pedi and mani! Prices very reasonable. Great location and very cozy salon. The salon chairs are so comfortable and have lots of different settings. One of my favorite mom/daughter outings. What a find! I went in for a pedi - they have so many polish colors to choose from- more than other salons in the area that I've been to. A nice touch was the 2 page menu of pedi services I could choose from. The salon was very clean and people friendly. I will definitely return. read more

My nails ended up so thick, not natural looking at all. The entire place needs a makever and a thorough cleaning. Very visible dust on the clocks and faded art on the walls. The smocks all the techs wear need to be washed or replaced. Dirty. And yes, the language barrier with most of the techs makes trying to explain concerns fruitless.

The nail tech cut one of our toenails very short without asking despite them not needing to be cut. They ended up being so short on one foot to the point they hurt. You need to tell nail tech exactly what you want up front, but there was a language barrier, making it difficult.
