Service was pretty bad. The waiter (Stephanie) Left me waiting over 30 minutes after my meal was done. Pretty much just got ignored because the waiter would pass by since there was another table across from me. Not only that but the hostess couldn't answer my question regarding offers but ig that's the waiter's duty so I don't blame her. But the over all service I would rate it a 1/5. Unnecessary wait, poor to none attention to guests and poor organization. Regarding food... I'm not sure if it's the dish I ordered or something else, but it was lacking taste. I was expecting salty bread at least, nope. Everything was just bland to the point that I was starting to feel sick forwards the final bites of food. For the price, I really didn't feel like leaving a single bite. Coca Cola was around $3 and the chicken spinach was around $16 and the cheapest appetizer was $6 ( that being soup). Besides that the food was hot and they changed my chicken from grilled to crispy with no extra charge. I'd give the food 1/5 since I didn't get a single refill on my coke. Ambience was alright. Big space, nicely decorated and they have 1-2 person booths that are a little tight for a 6'4 guy but being there alone was nice and alright. I guess they try to pack everyone close together so that the servers have to Walk less or something because it was 12pm on a Saturday with 3 people dinning in and I could touch all three parties if I reached out. Besides that, the bathrooms were clean and smelled good. Overall ambience gets a 3/5, average. I added 2 pictures so that you could more or less see what pricing would be for 1 person and the portion. I took a bite to see if it was worth making a post about it hahaha. Do I recommend? Not really, I will be stopping by the Bayamón one to try the unlimited boneless wings for 12.99. Wanted those here but they don't work them at this location. Hope everyone has a great day! Applebee's is your typical franchise restaurant Every restaurant has the same menu, same decor-and cooking process. Nothing special to write home about. The waitresses try their best to be fast but they can only go as fast as the cook line can reheat the frozen food. Im trying to eat healthy lately so I'm limited to only seafood and plant base foods Neither of those choices were met. The menu is limited so I order a French onion soup and a salad, It was more of a tease if anything. The soup had more croton and cheese than actual broth and onions. Don't have much to say other than the owners should definitely try to do a surprise visit. Men's bathroom could use some air freshener could smell the septic tank back up. Definitely don't recommend this particular restaurant if you want to get your hard earn money worth. read more

My husband and I stopped in, mid afternoon, for lunch. Our waitress was pleasant and professional. Our buffalo wings were cooked just the way we like them - not too crunchy. I also had the steak / shrimp parmesan with sweet potato fries and a side salad. My wife and I have visited this Applebee's several times on our annual Christmas visits to western Puerto Rico. The staff have been consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food, especially the appetizers and deserts, were very tasty and fresh. The "mojitos traditionale" have been our go-to mixed drink, and the rich, foamy Puerto Rican coffee goes great with their brownie and ice cream dessert. Since American football has not caught on here as much as it has on the continent, it turns out that this is just about the only place in this general area to watch the NFL. The restaurant has DirectTV and they subscribe to NFL Sunday Ticket so they get all the games each Sunday. They had no problem at all with us watching an entire 4-hour football game in the bar area on multiple Sunday's in a row. While not important to all visitors, I have found that the bulk of the staff speaks very good English. We have been visiting for years, and it will continue to be our go-to place to watch NFL games each Sunday. read more

I was here about a couple of months ago and was very satisfied with almost everything. I had at that time a ceasar salad and my husband some ribs. It was very good. This time we wanted some riblets and spinach with shrimp salad but to no avail. I wish they would have that since they have it at the Applebees in the states. Not very happy about it. We asked for water and they gave us bottled water costing us $3 each. Why can't they give u a glass of water for free? The chicken and rosemary pasta was so bland had to add salt to it.
