If you come here cross your fingers that they get it right. Ordered a chicken quesadilla once and I still remember the managers face when I pointed out to him that I can get a better one at Taco Bell. Never impressed with their food. Came here for drinks and to watch the game, Wish I didn't That's for sure now. This place has gone downhill and not what I remember it as. It's clean and modern. The bartender we have is nice and polite and knowledgeable on what there serving. The food and apps are horrible there just bland and nothing great. The menu has seemed like it's gotten smaller and not much to choose from. Bathrooms were OK and could have been a little cleaner. Usually have absolutely no problems with this restaurant as its the only one around this around , but tonight was absolutely unacceptable . I had placed the original order around 7-7:30 pm and it was two desserts.It took a normal amount of time to be driven by the driver. The slip had the right name and order information but when opening the bag none of the contents were what we had ordered. When I called the restaurant I was spoken to by 3 people before (was very irritating when I could heard laughing stating "oh that's what happened by multiple people in the background" ) the I believe manager was put on the phone. As it is now 9:30 and I have yet to have anything being delivered and had to contact door dash personally to make sure the order was actually confirmed and being made as I'm not trying to have another persons order go to the wrong place and mine be completely MIA. I just believe this could have been avoided very simply by checking the door dash order bag before stapling a slip to the bag and tying it up. Door dash can not open these bags after they are given them so it is the employees jobs to make sure they are done correctly. Just very upsetting this has happened once before at this same location and the almost exact same situation happened. Please be aware of your packaging and labeling. Simple mistakes can be avoided by paying more attention to tasks at hand. To add to this I worked in the business for 2+ years and I've never had to witness this happening on multiple accounts. Me and my husband Bernard have returned to this dining establishment months after my review was posted and let me tell you I'll take the extra 15 minute drive to the Milford location! Rude servers (expect the survey to be 10/10 every time), bad bartenders (my denture glue tastes better than the sangria), sticky floors, high seats, dirty dirty bathroom. I am a true yelper and when I eat at a resturaunt I expect my food to be better than mine or Bernard's cooking this time it wasn't . We brought our two sons to this place around April 27th and me and nardy were gonna do the 2 for $20 only six times available for the real... not good looking food ether. I wouldn't trust the soups there. I ordered the cheeseburger egg rolls they are my FAVORITE and the beer pretzels that's why you're getting 3 stars if you didn't have them you'd be getting 1 1/2 stars. So for an entree I get the fish and chips great battered fish. But really hurt my gums because of how overcooked it was. I have to gum my food. Now here's another problem my hubby got the brisket tacos and let me tell you he said No sauce and what happens they give extra sauce. Don't enjoy it at all my sons were getting drinks at bar and enjoyed them but my Long Island was watery and not delightful . Tab was over $179! Outrageous read more

Applebees has the most boring menu. Its high Time Woonsocket get a new Chain restaurant. This particular applebees has a sewage problem so it basically smells like a toilet. The seasonal Berry and Chicken Spinach salad is very good, as are many of the other entrees. I've always had good service, usually without asking. The servers and manager(s) are almost always pacing the floor so to get a refill or your needs met is never a big deal. I preferred the older decor with the old movies and television shows, not the newer local sports flavor. It's a chain and I'm partial to the mom and pop places, but Applebee's does a good job serving good food at a fair price. read more

I hadn't been here in about six months. My daughters really wanted to go. I don't know what happened but there has been a significant decline in portion and quality. We had the 7oz. sirloin removed from the bill. It failed to pass the "knife made it through to the plate" test. The accompanying potatoes were chunky and came off the plate in one "glob" which still showed the corner of the pan they were scooped from. Stone cold potatoes was NOT on the menu. Wow. So sad. I frequent this location maybe twice a month just because of it's location. It's OK, my main problem with this one is that they seem to never have an "Exceptional" waiter/waitress on. Even when it's slow, the service is just as slow, and when they are busy, it's even slower. On my last visit, my poor waitress had a large party (15 - 18 guests) and they were also giving her other tables as they walked in the door, which we were sat at. She was obviously struggling with the demands of the large party, which we kind of understood and didn't fault her 100% for not getting our drink order correct even on the 2nd attempt. Forgetting to check on us to see how our food was or if we needed refills. But I do fault the supervisor on who spend the whole time hanging at the end of the bar socializing with the bar tenders instead of helping the waitress with her large obnoxious party. Again you have to expect it from this location. But I have defiantly been to better Applebee's. read more
