We had the two for $25. Special. It was very good. The service was on par with most others. The restaurant was like all other Applebees.

IF i could, I would leave a zero star review for this waitress. My friend group and I went out for half apps tonight. Our server Kaiti/ Kaitlyn... She's a hoot. When we first sat, she was friendly. She asked our drink order, got our food order in the same mouthful, then left. She came back with our drinks and then disappeared. We got our food served by other waiters/waitresses, and had to discuss missing orders with a different server. Not a problem. What I think is a problem ,though,is her attitude. After one of us paid with cash, they did not leave a tip on paper as they were planning to leave a cash tip. She came back after she saw the slip had $0 on it, and said "you know its kind to tip your waitress". OKAY FIRST OF ALL, she did NOT let the person finish paying. After she came back with her poor ass attitude everyone else decided they were not tipping. (I was in the car at this time, I did not know nobody tipped) but that lady didn't deserve one after her nasty attitude. Once we left and got settled, I called to leave a review/ talk to a manager. A lady named Sharee answered and claimed herself as a manager after thinking about it for a long hard minute. I have faith that home girl was lying. She said Kaitlyn will be dealt with and that she's sorry. After asking who was calling and why I needed a manager. I do not recommend service from Kaitlyn or Sharee as they seem to be apparently close and attitude throwers. read more

I went to this Applebee's a few times with my dad and the chicken wings are so good. It's in my top two favorite chicken wing places. You have to get the bone in and you have to get them extra crispy and they taste so good. I personally like the Asian sweet and spicy sauce. It has a pretty good kick, so be warned, but the sweetness balances it out, and it's just chefs kiss! I have tried both the alcoholic cocktails, and the virgin cocktails and both are very delicious and they have really good prices on alcohol so if you're looking for a good alcohol deal and good food to go along with it this is the place to go. The inside of the store is very family diner/restaurant vibes but that's the type of place it is so it's giving what it's presenting. read more

This second go-around I brought my mother here for Mothers Day. Why? Cause when I asked her all she could talk about was out last experience there. Because we did not make a reservation - not even sure we could. When we got there at 4pm - there was literally no wait. We walked in. Were greeted. And sat. Tiffany - was our server. She was very pleasant. We ordered Mango Margaritas which mom thought didn't have any tequila. They were delicious! But, if you get one order a Grand Marnier floater or an extra shot of tequila. I ordered the appetizer Pretzel breads w/ the cheese dip as it was delicious out first time. Seems they are ALWAYS delicious! And the Honey Mustard that comes with it is also very good. We both decided on the Cajun Salmon w Broccoli & Mashed Potatoes but Mom can't eat anything spicy so I got her just salt & pepper. I always get a side order of grilled Salmon w/ Garlic Broccoli & Mashed Potatoes w/ a side order of grilled onions. Mom's salmon dinner came out first with the order of breadsticks. I asked about MY salmon and turns out the server forgot to order it. I wasn't too perturbed because mom was digging the grub. I had asked for some extra garlic for the broccoli so she was pleased. When I finally got the salmon - it was amazing!! TRULY AMAZING! No grilled onions. ??? Turns out the server forgot to order them as well. The the grilled onions came to the table when I was almost done with the meal. If they weren't so delicious I would've been bummed. But, amazing!! The kitchen was on point! Sooo glad we went there again. Although the server forgot one entree the manager was quick to correct the situation. She was truly very nice. I'm always understanding because why get ridiculous or even obnoxious when the food will eventually hit the table. My mother LOVED the salmon and everything that came with it. Funny thing - mom got brain-freeze from the margarita but that didn't discourage her from continuing to drink it. It is delicious! There was steady business for Mother's Day. And the kitchen ROCKED IT!! KUDOS TO THE KITCHEN STAFF!! As a chef this place always makes me smile because everyone seems to want to do their best. The host and hostess were on top of their game and were constantly doing something. No down time for them. The manager was incredibly generous and polite. We ordered two desserts that were taken care of for us. Not expected but greatly appreciated. I will be going back many more times. I forgot to mention that the ambience was excellent. We came for a late lunch. Nice clean and cozy atmosphere, booth was comfortable. Our server Laura was friendly, helpful and attentive. We both selected the grilled cheese cheeseburger and Laura pointed out it was one of the two for $25 which included (delicious) basil tomato soup and french fries. We chose the (included) appetizer spinach & artichoke dip. Yummy! Food was served in a timely fashion. Portions were very generous. Took half our sandwiches home. Highly recommend the grilled cheese cheeseburger!! It is very flavorful with a savory sauce. If you haven't been to Applebee's in awhile, I highly recommend it! We came here after going to 2 other places that were an hour wait. My husband wanted a steak and this wasn't his first choice of restaurants. We did have to wait 15 minutes to get a table but the staff was friendly and welcoming. My husband got the Parmesan shrimp sirloin and I got the Tex mex shrimp bowl. We both loved our meals. My husband's steak was cooked exactly how he asked and it was very flavorful. My shrimp bowl was delicious. The restaurant itself was a little rundown but our server and the food more than made up for it. We liked how the wait staff helped each other out- it looked like whoever was in the kitchen at the time a meal came up, they brought it out- even if it wasn't for their table. I'm surprised I'm here giving Applebee's a 5 star review. We got the spinach and artichoke dip, quesadilla burger, chicken wrap, and bacon mac and cheese. All of it was excellent and we had leftovers too. Can't beat $1 drinks either. All of that for under $30. Was it the best meal of my entire life? No. But was it a great deal for the quality? I feel the training period was fast tracked and he was not given the opportunity to even begin to learn the layout of the kitchen or the opportunity to work through the probationary period every job in my experience has. None of it sounds like it was handled correctly or professionally. my wife freaking loves applebees y'all it's like an obsession and i haven't gone in years so to go back with her was good and we got an amazing appetizer called the classic combo and i would literally go back and just have that it was very good and fills you up. and then i just got a french onion soup which you could never go wrong with. and the service was pretty good. the waiter told us not to share. Stopped here for lunch after a softball tournament and our waitress was great. She was friendly and took her time while we needed more time to look at the menu. The restaurant was clean although the bathrooms needed some tending to. The menu was extremely affordable as it offered different varieties of specials from meals 2 for $20 or appetizers from 2 to $10.49 or you could even add on. I ordered from the 2 for $10.49 appetizer menu and got french onion soup with a Caesar salad. My daughter ordered from the same special and got french onion soup and wonton tacos. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a Caesar salad instead of fries. Food came out in a decent amount of time. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger as did my daughter her meal. The french onion soup was really good! When it came to my Caesar salad, it lacked enough dressing as well as they just threw chunks of yellowing lettuce on the plate...I left a lot of the salad on the plate and just focused on the french onion soup. You ever wear shorts (after you swear the groom said it was fine to) to a fancy rehearsal dinner, feel very out of place because of it, then (again totally not your fault) have wine get spilled on your shorts? And then cuz you'd had a few and maybe pregamed the rehearsal dinner aren't really sure what to do? So you kind of skedaddle away but you're not good at skedaddling and you never been and probably never will be (cuz of your physique). So you do make (and I mean make) an exit and find the restroom to attempt to clean yourself up, but realize you are helpless and need waitstaff intervention? WELL ENTER EDDY, MY KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR. Eddy came over, provided some nicer cleaning tools from the kitchen, some bubbly water, and helped mitigate what would have ABSOLUTELY RUINED THE REHEARSAL DINNER and instead made it only a side show? Whoever the bartender was on Tuesday night, 9/13, should be recognized. I sat at the bar where there was only one other person and this bartender was absolutely incredible. She was kind, personable, and just a fantastic human being. We got talking for a while and she was so sweet, and even talked me into getting a pretzel and another beer. She made the company more money than I was intending to spend, and she made a lasting impression on me. I am traveling from out of town, and she made a very bad day I had at work a little bit better with her personality. Highly recommended and I will be back at this location anytime I am in PA. I should have trusted my intuition upon arriving and seeing the condition of this establishment and just turned around. The table was disgustingly sticky and the floors were teeming with broken chips and crumbs. Lack of cleanliness is a huge red flag in the food service industry. Once our server arrives we proceed to order our entire meal- drinks, appetizer, soups, and entrees. A runner starts by bringing out the soups. My French onion soup was the worst soup I have ever had. It was very oily and had a mysterious little chunk of meat in it. Within 15 minutes the runner returns with a cold appetizer. The potato twisters were clearly under-cooked. Some of the twisters looked like raw spiral cut potatoes. Due to the dip being cold and the twisters being under-cooked the appetizer was a disappointment. At this point we have been there for a little over 20 minutes and we have yet to receive our drinks or plates for our appetizer. We mention this to a server/hostess who is passing by our table, which led to our server returning with drinks and stating "here are some more drinks". To which I replied, "No, we never received our drinks to begin with". At this point I was ready to leave, but unfortunately I was not alone and I could not be so brash. It was apparent, this establishment did not appreciate my patronage. Finally, the entree arrives. And to little or no surprise it appeared that my quesadilla burger was sitting under there heating lamp waiting for a runner for too long. The underside of the quesadilla burger was saturated with grease. I have ordered this menu item enough over the years that I know if it is brought out hot and fresh from the kitchen the tortilla is not greasy. At no point in time did anyone from the Applebee's staff acknowledge a shortcoming in their service or did anyone even ask how is everything tonight, which is strange. Typically, a manager is making their rounds to the tables ensuring that all guests are receiving great service. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Applebee's anytime soon, and when I do decide to return to an Applebee's it definitely will not be the one in WB. As a matter of fact, the Applebee's in WB has lost my business after this poor experience. read more
