just waited over 20 mins inside after it said my pick up order would be complete, but that's not the issue. The issue is the bartender wouldn't look up to acknowledge me and didn't communicate throughout. She said they got a new POS and they are busy with a ton of curbside orders so they are behind but didn't communicate if she even was checking for the order and would just avoid interacting altogether until she finally brought out the food 15 minutes later and then didn't say "sorry for the wait" "thanks for your patience" nothing. I can honestly say the ONLY part of my take away order was the side of honey mustard!!! I'm not kidding or exaggerating. Upon arriving home seeing all 3 entrees completely wrong I rang the restaurant and spoke with a manager who was friendly and offered to nail me a 25$ gift card to make up for the mistakes made in both BOH and FOH (the bill was almost 60$ and went over when I added a tip) The gift card has yet to arrive and that was over 2 weeks ago. I ordered 3 burgers the bacon cheese burger a plain cheese burger and the mushroom Swiss burger add bacon. There was not 1 single mushroom on the mushroom Swiss, instead it was swimming in greasy sautéed onions. No cheese on the bacon cheeseburger and no cheese on the plain cheese burger. The burger quality itself on all three was extremely dry tough. The sides were with the wrong burgers. The bartender who took the order was writing it on the back of his hand and he was preoccupied with 3 men drinking cocktails and multiple shots at the other end of the bar. I preface in saying that we came here after a youth soccer game with 23 people. They did a great job of seating us super quickly, but it was all downhill from there. In total, I was there for just under three hours. It took asking for a water four times before receiving it, didn't even order food until 1.5 hours in, and topped it off with the checks having extra stuff on them. I ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken came out as a plain chicken breast. I'm not sure I've ever seen a restaurant chicken breast come out with no seasoning or sauce of any type. The mashed potatoes saved it by mixing them together. It was a long and difficult experience, and I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. read more

Applebees is a decent spot to hang out and have a drink especially during happy hour. The majority of their food is decent at best, my favorite item would have to be the chips and queso. If you decide to try dining here I'd definitely recommend coming during one of the happy hours for cheaper drinks and half price appetizers. The also have lots of appetizers to choose from and usually some pretty decent deals going on. I really enjoy the 2 for $20 deal, where 2 people each get an entree and get to choose an appetizer to share. It's a pretty good deal. All in all it's an ok place depending on the employees and management at the location you choose. Go to any Applebee's, and there's plenty of them, and you'll find basically the same set up and food. I also got a side of broccoli ! The broccoli was awesome ! The 2 Stars is for the broccoli ! We also got an order of chicken strips with another side of broccoli and a Pepsi. I decided to have what looked like the best of both worlds and I got the franwich. My wife decided to just order the steak quesadilla and pretzels and beer cheese dip. The meal came out quick for as busy as they were at the time. My franwich was lacking in flavor. The steak was very dry and tasted like it had no seasoning on it. The bread was good. That was about the only saving grace on the sandwich. The fries and onion rings were good and cooked just right. My wife loved her quesadilla. The pretzels were rubbery and the beer cheese dip was barley warm. The best thing about the meal was that our waitress was friendly and kept our drinks full.
