And when u try and speak to the MGR "Tammy" about it she gets nasty and tells you ur wrong and that ever drink is measured and thats just how it is!!! This was the worst Applebees I've ever been to, which is unfortunate because it's right up the road from my house. I went there with a friend of mine and was seated immediately. We decided on appetizers so we ordered from the iPad on the table and waited for almost 45 minutes. Out came our entrees with no appetizers in sight. I asked the waitress where they were (a very young adult of course) and she gave me attitude! She literally said "Well you did it!". I grabbed my purse and was getting up to leave because I was so offended but my poor friend was 9 months pregnant and hungry. So while eating the third bite on my plate I pull a hair from my food. We ordered our favorite appetizers for the 'Carside To-Go' pick up because it was raining and we didn't feel like going into the restaurant... I checked (on-line) Applebee's menu and placed an order for Curb Side Pick-up. I ordered the 2 for $24.....which use to be 2 for $20, Burbon Chicken for both entrees with salad for the appetizer. I also order 1 side of garlic green beans (as the Burbon Chicken doesn't have a vegetable with it....just the salad or appetizer of your choice). All deep fried items. A very disappointing meal to say the least. First, the 2 for $24 as the on-line menu showed is now evidentially $32. Quite an increase...which I understand the rise in food products...but the portions were anything but worth it! The chicken was a fairly good size with 6 pop-corn shrimp on top and the mashed potatoes were the size of the palm of a woman's hand and about 3/4" high. The garlic green beans were in a small dixie cup like you'd get at DQ for a small sundae didn't fill the container (maybe 1/2 cup at best) plus they had no flavor, you wouldn't have known there was any garlic on them. Needless to say after paying $36.20 and tipping 20% for these two meals to take home....what a surprise upon opening the bag to see my purchase!!! I can honestly say, I WON'T do that again! The meal of Burbon Chicken was .... OK, nothing special about it, but not for $32.00. The service was good, once the order was placed....it only took 20 min...but getting my change back after paying from my car window wasn't expedient at all. Sad that the people that deliver to cars don't have the capability of cashing customers out themselves. Like I said....I won't return...and Applebee's should update their on-line menu. read more

Every time I come to this place it's very slow, and yet I find myself waiting 20+ minutes for any employee to emerge from the back and pay attention to their job- which is serving the customers. Even when I do eat her food is alright but I'm always waiting on the wait staff. They're suppose to wait on me! Let me start by saying the server was great . The food on the other hand was the worst. Fall off the bone ribs, there would have to have had meat on them to do that. What I could get off was so hard and chewy. The green beans, were so bland tasted no garlic. The loaded mac and cheese that I paid extra for, not like the picture. Ordered takeout this time, thinking it may be different; ordered the Creamy Parmesan Chicken and when it got to the house, nothing was "creamy" about it; no sauce at all, just a piece of cheese on the chicken. Don't mind going to Applebee's. Our go-to dinner is the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. Fiesta Lime Chicken is good as well. We always get seated promptly, waited on promptly and food arrives promptly. The only problem I have at this location is that it's freezing inside. When living in Tampa, we frequented the one on Dale Mabry in the Northdale area. Three times we waited for 10-15 minutes before we saw a server, 3 times we walked out and swore we'd never visit another Applebee's again. When we moved to Spring Hill, decided to give the Spring Hill one a try. I'm glad we don't receive the poor service like we did at the Northdale location. read more

Was there for half price apps order a bottle of water and wings. Brought my bottle of water to the table it was WALMART brand. Why would I pay 2$ for a bottle of Walmart water.. anyways my food comes out waitress forgets my ranch and she hasn't really been to attentive at all for a table of 5. We've been to this place quite a few times over the past couple of months and it's always been just an okay experience. Monday is great because you can get a burger and fries for just $6, but sweet potato fries will cost you extra, and the server won't always tell you that. They also don't participate in the Applebee's perks program, which is disappointing. So, if you signed up for the emails and got a free appetizer coupon, you can't use it here. read more

One of the worst Applebees restaurants. I've ordered take out and on at least 4 different occasions, the orders were either wrong or missing items. After arriving at home, the portions are so skimpy. Short wait for food, but long wait for drink refills. Staff seemed rushed although restaurant was not too busy. Table was covered in promotional ads for things like Karaoke Thursday and Girl's Night - one would have been enough, we don't need 5. The walls were covered in pictures and paintings with no unifying theme, as though they're just trying to hide the walls. Food was good - had a bourbon black & bleu burger, beef was good and cooked perfectly, chipotle mayo sauce was very tasty, however couldn't taste any bleu cheese and bacon was only on half the burger; citrus lime steak was a bit rarer than ordered, and was smothered in a sauce that was far too spicy. Went here on 7-11-16 for my 22 year old sons birthday. Our server was Jenine C. The food was good and service was good but my son and I ordered a raspberry cosmo alcoholic beverage to celebrate. There was so much alcohol in the drink neither of us could drink them. While we were there we observed Jenine make other drinks for customers. She over poured on every single drink. One drink in particular we watched her make I would say she filled the glass 3/4 of the way with alcohol. She could of easily made 3 drinks out of just that one. The absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to by far. Every single time I go here I get a rude server and the slowest service possible. Tonight we decided to try it again and unfortunately it was terrible. We got sat with a server who didn't seem to know any part of the menu, didn't seem to know how to act friendly in any manner, and didn't seem like she had ever served before. Our food came out missing sides that we asked for and a side order never showed up. Somehow it still ended up on our bill and we were told twice that they were "working on it" in the back. Really? Working on a kids macaroni and cheese? For 20 minutes? Asked for a box at the end and never got it, and our bill was never brought back with the macaroni and cheese taken off. We left cash on the table because no one ever came back. AWFUL.
