From someone selling desserts from their home..... 2 children running around that belonged to an employee..... and the worst was an employee coming to the bar and belching loudly right next to me then repeating this behavior as I tried to eat my dinner. This by far may be my favorite Applebees! Parking is easy. Upon entering our hostess/waitress/ bartender was absolutely amazing! This lady was doing it all gosh I wish I could remember her name but she greeted me with a big hug like we had known each other for years! The atmosphere was pleasant not too loud but it was busy. Our waitress was very knowledgeable on the drink menu and food menu. She gave me great suggestions and everything was delicious. I will definitely be returning and I hope she's there! My, tried n true, Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp has never been better. sh It was perfect. It came sizzling hot and was good to the last bite. The service rendered by the bartender was polite, attentive, and professional. And the appearance of the restaurant was clean and relaxed. Wanted to have a nice night out with my wife. Since they remodeled this Applebees we thought we would give it a try. The place looks wonderful, but they forgot to revamp their customer service. We waited 25 minutes to get cool food and a server who didn't want to be there. There were 4 workers to service a crowd on Friday night. Mind you that there were several others who were waiting for service. The food despite it all for nice. The drinks were fair. If you go plan on a long wait. Hubby and I stopped by late one evening for dinner. Personally, we would have liked to have experienced a little more professionalism. There was someone standing in a chair, hanging decorations from the ceiling while some of the waiters were laughing, joking and talking to each other out loud. They were talking to each other across the way while walking to tables to be served. There was a patron sitting at the bar who was talking loudly, (yelling and using profanity) to the bartender and another guest. She appeared to be very intoxicated. We did not appreciate trying to enjoy our meal listening to her. Talk from across the restaurant. No one asked her to quiet down. Our waiter was kind and attentive however we felt like he kept trying to ingratiate us for a big tip. He offered to have food made special for us and other things. This was a nice gesture, but odd. The professionalism you would expect at a restaurant was lacking. The ambience was a fail. Even though it was late in the evening and the majority of diners had come through, the restaurant should still be relatively clean. This place could have been a more tidy. The food was just OK. Where do I even start, my family and I sat down to eat one evening and we had ordered waters as well as alcoholic drinks. The waters took an hour to arrive and the beers took 30 more. It was so perfect for me & my mom's diet that this location offered meat replacements for plant-base eaters and it was delicious! I almost forgotten to review but I could never forget my server, Imani! I forgotten what she told me her schedule is lol I'll be back the same day & time I went to have her again. If I could give them zero I would, $97 meal and over half was messed up: wrong food, soggy bun, burnt and just missing. I don't recommend this location. Came here on a Tuesday night. Not very busy. When we came in the manager informed us that they only had 2 servers for the night. No big deal right? Wrong. Even though it was not crowded the service was horrible. Maybe horrible is a strong word. Lets just say there was hardly any service. The waitress was nice, she got our order correct , she explained different items on the menu. Once we placed our order we hardly saw her. The manager came by to check on us. Asked if we needed a refill-never came back. I think he must have forgot about us. Why did he ask if we needed a refill and not come back? The food was excellent-shout out to the cook!!! We had to ask for napkins. My husband was very irritated because he saw the waitress cleaning tables while we were waiting on our napkins. She finally came back but the mess was already made. lol The unjustifiable thing was the place was not full so there seamed to be no reason not to check on your customer. I am not sure if I will come back here anytime soon, if I do I have to remember not to come on a Tuesday night. Maybe I will have better luck with my server if the place is crowded. read more

In light of this trip to Applebee's, all I can say is that I had a good time. The food was good, although I've had better. I had the Bacon cheese burger with fries as an Entree, and honestly, it was pretty good. I also had the boneless chicken wings as the appetizer. The service was ok. I understand that the waiters and waitresses have center tables that they need to give service to,however, I think Applebee's could've done better. We came in and got the 2 for $22 special, and received the absolute best service from the host who sat us, Kim, to our extremely amazing waitress, Kristen..who took our allergy request more serious then even we do. Stopped here for dessert on a Sunday evening. The place was not packed. They were observing social distancing by staggering the table. The hostess was very nice. The table was clean and they handed us a clean paper menu. I had the dragonfruit lemonade which was delicious. My guest had a Blue Moon beer. We had a sizzling caramel blondie which was more than enough for two people. We will be back to try some of the other delicious things that were on the menu! read more

The health score here is an 97. We came here around 5pm on a Sunday, we were sat immediately. We are a family of 4, we all ordered the 2 for $20. Both of my daughters ordered chicken fingers amd fries. My Husband ordered a chicken and shrimp skillet, I ordered the texmex chicken with rice. Very straight forward food. All of our appetizers and entrees were fresh and hot. Mine and my Husband's chicken breast were nice and juicy. Our server was a laid back gentleman that handled all of our requests. My only complaint was my rice was a tad bit dry, but outside of that, I totally devoured my meal. Awesome meal for 4, only $45. read more

Never had a complaint , always had good service. The food is great , cool spot to come and watch a Saturday game, they have nice drink and food specials. They greet you inse you come through the doors and if they doubt I've actually had the Bartender come from behind the bar to help us, but it was a little slow that day. BUGS I waited until Thursday after the restaurant reopened on Monday. I ordered a Blue Moon Draft and a burger. I was sipping my Beer, my burger came out and I glanced over at my beer and there was a bug in the foam. I thought it was a wasp that flew into it when I wasn't looking, but I not sure what kind of bug it was and I don't want to know. I told the bartender and offered to pour me a new one. I said ok and when she pulled the tap I saw that the bugs were coming out of the tap into the glass. I had drank about half of that first beer. I was totally disgusted and lost my appetite. I watched a worker on the kitchen foodline use her unloved hands to prepare wet food including a salad and wipe it on her dirty tshirt. Once we locked eyes, she must have felt guilt because she proceeded to put on gloves. The fact that she wasn't appropriately handling food in the presence of guests would make me resistant to order a cup of ice here.
