A friend and I stopped in to eat the other night. We were greeted and told it would be a five minute wait which was pretty accurate. We were seated quickly, which may have been because they hadn't bussed down our table very well. There was still food from the previous group on the table and floor. We then waited...and waited..and waited. We were waiting at our table for at least thirty minutes without being acknowledged. Waitresses were walking by us to go to the first few tables in our section, so I don't know if we just weren't in their section or what. Finally we said something to someone and a while later a girl came to our table who seemed not to care but said sorry you had to wait.. We ordered our food and drinks before she left. The appetizer (mozzarella sticks) came out immediately and then a while later our drinks came. Our meals came out a bit later and were hot and fresh. After we finished eating and waited a bit more, we flagged our waitress down for boxes we asked to pay. Overall I enjoyed the food and will go to Applebees again, just not this one. In town visiting Mom for an early Mothers Day and Applebees is our spot to catch up, have a cocktail or two and a quick bite. AB has great deals such as the 2 for $20, 2 for $25 which we took advantage of and ordered the Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp with a Bahama Mama, Stella. Very quick meals but the service was great and we'll most likely be back in the near future to do it all over again. Once we went to pay for our meal using the machine which wouldn't accept our card so had to call the server back to swipe our card. Overall a really good time with great company and drinks were made well. You can't mess up a Stella and my Mom enjoyed her Bahama Mama so a successful visit. read more

Good evening Yelpers. So my daughter and I decided to go out for a late night snack so we chose Applebee's. So, first the customer service. As soon as we came in we were seated. I was very surprised because they were so busy, yes at 10:55pm they were busy. Our waitress name was Katie and as soon as we sat down she came over and took our drink order and was very helpful with letting us know what the two for one specials were. HAPPY!! From 10pm to 2pm they have appetizers for 1/2 price. We ordered the boneless chicken and mozzarella sticks with fries. So, the boneless chicken was over cooked and dried out. The mozzarella sticks were on point! (They were good ), the fires were nice and hot and we'll seasoned. As for my drink I did the two for one Bahama mama and it was watered down. Well, when Katie came to check on us I advised her that the chicken was dry and she took it off the ticket. Because of the chicken being dry I am only giving them a 3. This location is hands down the worst location i have ever been to!!!! first off i am not a big fan of chained themed restaurants ( i prefer local mom and pop joints) but this place is close to home and the only option, other then fast food. my family and i have gone about 4 times over 4 years and the quality and service never gets better. This location is consistently disappointing. the food is rarely good, its usually greasy and steaks are always under done. service usually stinks as everybody is pre-occupied with being a teenage hipster and playing games with fellow co-workers. once got a steak that was not only cold and raw in the middle it was very grisly, when i complained the manager came over to tell me "that is the way rib eye steaks are supposed to be", and "medium rare is supposed to be cold and raw in the middle". WHAT!!!!!! there are many better options, the only reason this one is still open is because there is no where else to go in the neighborhood, if somebody opened another chain like cracker barrel, or a chili's, or an outback this place would shut down. read more

I've been sick to my stomach every time I eat their food. Drinks are decent. Service is average.

I am so sorry to say that over time, this place has gone drastically downhill. I no longer have ANY intention of returning to this location, or to any other Applebee's. This is the second time that we have been ripped off on our dinner at this Applebee's. The server did a great job of keeping everything refilled and he really had a great energy, he was very positive and polite. It isn't the servers fault what happened, but I was not told there was a recent price increase. Our meal was much more than we were expecting to spend on dinner and it really set us back. The prices were outrageous! And on top of that, I was also told that they no longer have the right sauce for the fajitas I ordered. That is ridiculous and it ruined our whole meal. I used to love it, but I am most likely not returning to this, or any other, Applebee's. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. Save your money and go someplace that's cheaper with better food. read more

This place is mediocre at best. The appetizers are good, and half price after are nice. Their beer pretzel things are good but aren't really pretzely. The entrees are semi decent and way overpriced. Two for one drinks are nice but between two drinks you're essentially getting the booze you would get from one normal drink. They have two for one long island iced teas that are insanely weak. Sat here last weekend with an old friend and racked up a $200 bar tab. It was a good time! The bartender was more-than-attentive, and by that, I mean she was making us drinks we didn't even ask for. That's better than sitting around parched, I suppose. Additionally, bartender was friendly, the bar area and bathrooms were clean and everyone around us seemed to be enjoying their food. If I wanted to go out for some drinks again, I'd probably return. Why? Two reasons. The first being my aforementioned observations and experience. Honestly with all the restaurants in town, Applebee's is not my first choice, but we had a Gift-card and wanted to use it. The two stars had nothing to do with the wait staff or the hostess but had everything to do with the food. We were a party of four and all ordered different items. My meal was a crispy chicken Salad with HoneyMustard Dressing and was really good. Large portion and I was happy with that because I was hungry . My Daughter ordered a chicken fettuccine dish and her boyfriend ordered a hamburger with an egg on top. Unfortunately my Husband ordered from the new menu.. a steak and shrimp meal. He likes his steaks medium rare and when he first bit into the steak he was like that is the toughest steak I've ever had- my Daughters boyfriend tasted it and agreed so the waitress was kind enough to get him another one. They bring out the second steak and it's not even cooked inside, it was basically raw- we very nicely asked that the meal be taken off our bill and they honored that. My husband left hungry. They obviously didn't have someone who actually knows how to grill the steaks? Not sure. Well the company was great and my Salad was satisfying. Don't think we will return again for some time. I always like getting the bourbon chicken and shrimp. In my opinion it's the best choice on the options available on the 2 for $25 menu selection. My meal was delicious as usual. My only pet peeve from today's visit is the server who was assisting my lead server who brought our food out to the table was a person who was not well groomed and had a several missing front teeth. Had a tough time rating this place. I was teetering between 3/4 but since todays salad was especially good, went with 4. Service is good, beer is cold, food is ok. You can't come to a place like this and expect the best food you ever ate. I do however love their salads, been eating them forever. So 90% of the time I come here, it's for that. Today I had the pecan crusted chicken salad and it was awesome. The chicken was tender & juicy, greens were fresh, and dressing just right. We did the 2 for 1 beer deal that was going on,, not so sure that it was a deal. Size of the glasses were small, I think we would have gotten the same amount in a regular glass of beer,, but it was really cold which was great. Prices are average for this type of place. $10 for a salad (full size). Will be back next time I'm craving a salad ! read more

This is our local Applebee's. We go in once every few months. They seem to always be busy but not crowded. The service is good nothing special but it's good. The food is pretty good. What you would expect from Applebee's. The restaurant is pretty clean at first glace. However, don't look on the floor between the booths and the wall. The windows are not very clean either. Yuck. I do love how the kitchen split up the kids' plate for us. We ordered an entree for them to share. The kitchen made it into two plates so the kids each got their own. They also brought out a dessert for each boy so they didn't have to share one. read more

The service varies in this place but it is generally a good restaurant to eat at a reasonable price. In this visit, the hostess was not very friendly and she sat us on a table that needed sweeping, then instead of waiting on another table, she wiped off a different table and sat us. It was pretty gross because the table stank (like a wet disgusting mop) and was still wet. This is not the first time this has happened, more like the third. Is not freaking rocket science, just wipe the table and dry it? too hard? geez. After we got over the smell of the table, the server was nice and friendly, we took our order and brought it rather quickly, which was good. I took pictures of the food, which was good, although the plate seemed a little messy, which goes to show you that they were going for fast service instead of a good presentation. The manager always come by and ask if our food is good, which is good. However, the waitress did not come once between our meal and the check. Which was annoying because I wanted more napkins and water. The food was very tasty and had no complaints, considering they were at a reasonable price. We ordered a sirloin stake and shrimp lime fettuccine, which I recommend. The stake was cooked to our liking, and the shrimp was yummy. BOTTOM LINE: If you want a quick meal that is not McDonalds or some other fast food restaurant, go to Applebees. They have quick service and good food, although the service could use some assistance; and please, please, please I hope that they stop using disgusting smelly wipes to wipe the tables. read more

Most of them have been there for years, so the service is consistent. & It's nice to see the same faces. But they have got to do better about the drinks because Applebee's food is what it is. Brutal, every time I give Applebee's the chance they disappoint me. In fact I rarely visit except the kids wanted to eat here. Poor service starting by with they have a menu where you get salad and appetizer and the entree for set pricing. Well normally isn't an appetizer suppose to come out before? We get Curbside To Go here at least twice a month. This review is mostly about "Kate" who was working the Curbside To Go on Saturday, March 24. Not only was she pleasant over the phone, she was outstanding when we got to the restaurant. She is the perfect example of what a server should be!
