Ordered the big classic bacon cheeseburger through the really big meal deal. It came without lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. 3/7/26 at 2 pm. Disappointed. read more

There was brown floaties in my water and it looked like pieces of food. The cups weren't washed at all. But the service was good! There was a pube on the toilet, all I have to say is I was disgusted. I got the strawberry balsamic salad, I got like 2 strawberries on top, also they didn't have any balsamic dressing so they gave me like a pea sized amount. It didn't even cover one piece of lettuce. All I have to say is disgusted! read more

The only reason why this place is even open is because there are no better options in the small town to eat, especially if you don't feel like cooking dinner that night. The wait staff forgets about you and doesn't come back to offer refills or check to see how your food was or if you need anything additional. Management did a poor job training these people as the floor is dirty and tables are filthy. They are not quick to bus tables and get people seated. Everyone takes their sweet time when it comes to the guest. read more

Asked for the All-You-Can-Eat Boneless chicken Nuggets/Riblets & shrimp ($14.99) Our waiter said it was available, but that the cooks ask to hide the menu cards that mention the AYCE. The fries had a nice texture and flavor. Coleslaw was "meh" (not enough "sauce" - a bit too dry) Garlic parm chicken Nuggets - eh - a bit dry Sweet Asian Chili Nuggets - good Honey BBQ Nuggets - tender and tasty BBQ Riblets - tender-tasty - best part of the meal! If the Riblets were the only meat we had, score would have been at least 4 stars read more

Service was great and the burger I ate was delicious. We rarely stop at Applebee's but I'm glad I stopped. I got a 5 piece boneless chicken nuggets with my order for a dollar which is a good deal. I'll be back someday. read more

Im not a picky eater but the food was DISGUSTING!!! It was SO salty (and I like salty things) but this was way too much salt. I got 3 food items fries, a burger and pasta and none of them were good. The waitress was very friendly though. read more

Worst service in Los Lunas and surrounding area. Managers are just as bad as servers, hence the poor training. They should clean house from bottom to GM and start with a new staff. read more

Service 10/10 Food was yummy And also really nice customers around Ambiance was nice read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - Just a pic of my cat - American Near Me - Los Lunas, New Mexico

The Salmon was tiny but was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the blackened Cajun salmon with a small portion of green beans and Cole slaw (maybe 1/2 cup of each side). Another person in our party of three had the same but with broccoli rather than green beans. He had four florets on his plate. Four. Come on guys that's ridiculously chintzy. Nothing was as it appears on the menu. I can't recall what the other person ordered but the servings are on the small side and nobody in our party had a thing left on their plate when we finished our meals. Pay more, expect less in these post pandemic times??? The service was excellent however, which is why I gave this establishment a five, along with the fact that the food (no matter how miniscule) was actually really good. read more

Food was good. Ambiance was peaceful, but the service was not great, our server took a while to check up on us and when we were, she walked away before we could finish what we were asking for. read more

It is as very good but they should right it down and listen a little bit better and it was super nice but they did not ask us anything

We came to eat for my wife's birthday dinner. The service was amazing! The steak was a little overdone but EVERYTHING else was great! The manager, Alex is a stand up guy and made it right. We will be back again! read more

Terrible service waited 20 minutes never saw the server ask for the manager manager came and said all he would talk to the server and that was it so we left came to Buffalo wild wings and had a good meal read more

We came to celebrate and where very let down by their food. Service was decent but the food sucked

Left us sitting at the bar and canceled our name on the list. Poor service!!! Always a wait with many empty spots. Assuming not enough staff. No excuse for ignoring us. read more

We went by last night for dinner, just 2 of us. Place was empty lots of seats and places to sit. Was told only two waiters on for the night and refused to seat us because they did not have enough waiters. We told hostess we are going down the road to the Chinese Buffet. Would not recommend this restaurant, terrible services. read more

If I could give this a zero star, I would. The service sucked. We waited a very long time for her to return to take our order. Yes, her tables were busy, but they already had food and she tended to them before attending to us. Then we got the appetizers right before the meal. The menus were also left on the table, we had to wait extra time before she return so we could ask for straws. This lady had a lot of extra support. A man that looked like a manager, 2 extra girls to bring drinks and appetizers and extras like napkins and steak sauce. Leaving her an 18% tip was more than generous! Never again. However, I have found this is pretty typical of service in Los Lunas. read more

To be honest we only came here because chili's was a long wait. We would have had faster service if we waited there. Our sever only came by a couple times. Empty drinks, dishes needed to be taken away, but they just sat. A bigger table left when we got there, and the whole hour we were there that table didn't get cleaned. Food is okay, way over priced. Just go to chili's. read more

Well we went to Applebees for lunch got sat right but waited 10 minutes for somebody to wait on us but still didn't get no service so we left & there was at least only 4 tables in there read more

We live here in Los Lunas and had not yet been to this Applebee's. The decor inside is very nice. Staff was attentive and very friendly. All of our food was great, hot and fresh. I usually don't like the side dishes that Applebee's offers so we hadn't been here in quite awhile. Fish and chips are VERY good. read more

This location must have been renovated recently. We were seated by the bar area in a booth that could easily sit about 10 people or so. Alejandro was quick with his service. Refills were always on time and food was delicious. I ordered the Bourban Steak. I always get this whenever I come to Applebees but I really loved how this location made it today. My steak was medium rare and cooked perfectly. Loved the sauteed Onions and Mushrooms. I added a shrimp skewer. To top my meal off , I had a Bahama Momma. Yuuum!! read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - Captain's Bahama Momma - American Near Me - Los Lunas, New Mexico

Traveling through and Applebee's is definitely not a hit for me....way too much fried, greasy food, but it was the best this town had to offer. I'm not sure how Americans like and eat this crap. But the service at this location was great and it was clean. I had the salmon. It definitely tasted frozen...very tough and tasteless, but at least it wasn't fried like the rest of the menu choices. read more

Went there this week & the service was great & so was the food. I had wonton tacos, half club sandwich & half Thai shrimp salad. The waitress was very attentive & the food came out fast! I'll be back! read more

Worst place ever!! Every time we order takeout, the order is wrong. Maybe they are short staffed who knows, but this is unacceptable. I would rather wait a little longer for my correct order than to get the wrong order. My bad, I need to stop going there. I guess the workers are too dumb to know. read more

Bartender is great, Stephan I think is his name. Wings are yucky, regardless thank you for being the only place open past 11:pm in los Lunas

We were there almost every Sunday for a drink, but today is the last one! We used to have same bartender every Sunday but today he is not there and the new girl has bad attidutes and very unacceptable service skill, disappointed and never come back! read more

The quality of service is horrible. The wait staff is fair. Serval years ago I worked as a secret shopper service. One of the business was Apple Bee. Each business gave us a set goals their employees had to meet. Apple Bees was based on meeting times from Greeting, drink orders, and food served. Next was cleanliness. The Los Lunas is the worst. As we were leaving there were three employees standing by the greeting station all were on their cell phone. No thank you for coming in, how was your service, kiss our ass. My wife and I came in for a late lunch around 3pm read more

Service used to be great. Not any longer. Portions are now small and chicken tuff and not chewable, Will never go back.

Delicious scrumptious pretzels wouldn't eat anything else if I could kanoodle this I would

This place, like every other chain restaurant in Los Lunas started out great, and then went to crap after about a year. Wake up managers; you provide crappy leadership you end up with lazy, uncaring employees. We have been here several times and the service has gone downhill, the food comes out cold and good luck getting a drink refill. They charge an exorbitant amount for drinks and then never refill them. We ordered buffalo chicken bites last night and mind came out barely warm, and my wife's were cold. We sent hers back and they returned in less than two minutes later, and I swear it was the same bites that were nuked and covered in new sauce. This is the last time for us. Wake up Los Lunas...allow crap service and food and this place will never improve. Management needs to be put on a short leash and held accountable. If I ran this place, half the help would be gone and managers would be put on notice. read more

Worst customer service ever. This place wouldn't be so horrible if they didn't wait 20 minutes just to get you're food from the Applebee's to you're car. They try to work quick and take multiple orders out at once but if you're server decides to have a 10 minute conversation with the order in front of you, you might end up waiting for cold food and a $11 1 gallon pitcher of lemonade that's half filled and way overpriced. I won't be eating at the Applebee's bar and grill in Los Lunas ever again after my horrible curbside pickup order. read more

Had 1/2 rack of ribs, burned, dry, over cooked, worse ribs I've ever had anywhere. Sides were very good, salad was drenched in dressing way too much dressing. Server was slow, and never came by to see how the food was, only returned to give us the check. Hamburgers are good here. read more

The most horrendous service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. I was passing through on my daughters birthday and let her pick a place. I actually had to go get my waitress every time I needed something. They screwed up my wife's order, and the rest of the food was so so at best. I told the waitress it was my daughters birthday. After the waitress brought our food I never saw her again. No dessert, no check. Had to go to the hostess to get a check and pay. Appalling. Will never go to an Applebee's again. Don't know how they stay in business read more

i have been here for an hour took 30 minutes to just get the drinks and still haven't got our food they been back saying oh we forgot to do this and than and it's not even packed will not come back read more

Applebee's now has Ted. Ted is a tablet that sits at your table. It asks if you would like drink refills, desserts or appetizers. One can also unlock all games on it for $0.99. We did not pay the $0.99 for the games. I like electronics so I thought this was nice. Others came in and had it removed from the table because they did not like Ted. Anyway our human server was friendly and efficient. Appetizer was great! Mozzarella sticks. Not greasy. Our server also asked if we wanted ranch dressing along with the standard marinara sauce. I prefer ranch with my cheese sticks. I like Applebee's 2 can eat for $25/$20. I had the bourbon chicken and potatoes. The potatoes were ok, needed more spice. The chicken was delicious with mushrooms and onions. Dh had the 4 cheese mac & cheese with chicken. He liked it but said it was a bit too sweet for him. For dessert we had the 1/2 order (yes many items can be ordered as 1/2 orders) of the salted caramel pretzel bites. These were really good. Good thing it was a 1/2 order! Helped me stay within my calories! Just a warning the water at this restaurant is terrible. So if you only drink water ask for lemon to help disguise the plastic taste of the water. Free wi-fi here too. Best place in Los Lunas to watch those games that are on cable, if you happen to be cable free too! They have many tvs around the bar to watch your favorite team. read more

Applebee's is not on my list of places to eat, ever. I had the misfortune of being asked to meet here tonight... Where I made the terrible mistake of ordering mozarella sticks- I thought it would be ok. How can you emss those up, right? Wrong. They weren't even warm enough that the cheese was remotely melted. They were also not cooked all the way- the breading was wet and gummy on several. Service was better than expected, my drink was kept filled... But he never did ask why I wasn't eating my appetizer or if it was ok. I know that the options in Los Lunas are limited folks... But Applebees shouldn't be an option at all. read more

Evening manager Dennis has horrible customer service. He refused to serve someone a drink because he was not eating food, stating that was New Mexico State law. He either needs a new position or needs to be re-trained. There was not a hostess to seat us, all of the employees were standing around talking. I understand why this location has 2.5 stars. Do not waste your time coming to this location. He was more than happy to give up his general managers name but was defensive about giving his name. I will be calling corporate and inform them of this situation. I will also be calling the general manager to speak to them about this situation. To even consider himself a manager is a joke. read more
