It's Applebee's. they are yummy. My sons grilled cheese was on different bread then our normal Applebee's and it was so much better. Place is clean. Service was fast and friendly. Food was good. read more

I love this applebees. I won't and say that I'm always given the best service but they really have the best cooked and tasty food of all the applebees in a 20 mile radius. It's be even better if the half price appetizers weren't cut back to just a few items read more

I ordered the fiesta lime chicken, which I've ordered for nearly 8 years. It came out dry and lacking flavor and sauce. The side of rice was so undercooked, I could barely chew it. I requested new rice, which tasted exactly as if the original batch of rice had been placed in the microwave with a splash of water. It was still underdone. Another member of the party ordered chicken tenders and found them nearly unedible and tasting like Tyson frozen tenders. Overall average experience and mediocre service. read more

We placed our order via Curbside To Go. After waiting for 20 minutes, my husband went in. He was told by the girl at the front (20 feet from our car) that they didn't have anyone to bring it out. She also stated that our order had been sitting in her way for a long time. The service existed, but as a rude twit. The food was MUCH WORSE than the service. needless to say--COLD. A $9.00 burger had a bun and a piece of cold, hard meat. One of the $12.00 salads had a clump of DIRT in the lettuce, and my $12.00 stir-fry steak dinner was cold, hard and so salty no one could eat it. We will never make the mistake of going to this bar for food again. read more

Well... we should of read the reviews before ordering here. An average of 2 says exactly that. Did an order on line for curb side to go order. Online ordering was very easy. Order was placed at 725 pm, was given a pick up time of time of 741pm. Arrived at 735pm to find a no empty spots in the togo pick up location. Called the location at 745 pm and told the lady answering that we were there out front waiting, she replied we are bagging it up right now. 755pm we find a spot empty next to the togo pick up location and park. Finally at 801 pm, a girl brings out the food. She goes to hand it threw the window and spills the pasta all in the bag. She says I'll get you another one and takes all the food back in. Finally at 811pm our food is ready. I'm in the rest at this time having several choice words with the mgr :) he makes up excuses one after another. Get home, 2 miles away and food is warm at best. Decent taste for the first few bites before it was cold and had to be microwaved. After reading the reviews and our experience. We WILL NOT be coming back to this location!!! read more

The food and service at this Applebee's has never been all that great. But my last visit proved to be the worst. It took over 15 minutes to get the drinks and it went downhill from there. The food was sub-par and one of the drink glasses had some sort of red syrup all over it which promptly dripped all over the table. (aka: NOT CLEAN!) Regret wasting my time, calories, and money here. Ordered water with lemon to drink and never got any lemon. Ordered the three cheese Mac and cheese with honey peppered chicken fingers, the chicken was good but the Mac and cheese was blah and bland. Ordered an appetizer that came out cold, they did of course offer to warm up the app. But once it hits my table I return nothing. My husband's fries were cold and my son's kids meal mac and cheese looked like cheap mac and cheese from a box. Management did take $8 off our bill because we were unhappy. My husband did not leave a tip and I am uncertain if that was right. I mean our order was mostly cold and gross and she didn't even get water with lemon right but she was not unpleasant. And I am sure karma may have gotten us for that one as my son left a little stuff animal on the table and we ran right back in to get it but it was gone of course. Never going back. read more

Would love to review our food, but we never got a chance to eat it. Tried ordering the Chicken wonton tacos and were told they were out of shells. Overheard table next to us they had waited an hour and still not received their food. After hearing that and not getting what we wanted to order, we left. Tread lightly people. This Applebee's location is the absolute worst!! Was there this past Friday for some drinks and appetizers. The first thing we ordered was the $1 margaritas. They were not good. Couldn't drink them. The evening shift bartender came into work about 5 minutes after we got there. She was freaking out and angry from the second she walked in. There was 5 guests at the bar and a lady waiting on a to go order and the restaurant itself was super slow but she freaking out like she was so busy she couldn't do anything else. We asked her if we could order food and she asked us to hold on. Then she was kind of mad bc we didn't like the margaritas. When we finally ordered it took over 30 min to get an order of wonton tacos and sweet potato fries. When they finally came out they were cold and soggy. Someone with me asked for some ketchup. The bartender said "we may not have any" then immediately brought a ketchup bottle over. She was acting like she was so busy and flustered yet she had plenty of time to stand around and complain about how much she hated her job and everything that has happened the night before. Every employee we saw that day was complaining about their job. I heard two employees standing close to the bar talking about the night before and cursing really loud. If you want to complain about your job then don't do it in front of customers. When we asked for our check the bartender was in the middle of telling a heated story about the night before she was literally banging her fist on the bar. It was very uncomfortable. When we went to leave one of the servers that I heard cursing earlier was standing at the host station texting. Customers were walking out of the restaurant and she wasn't saying a word to them. Just standing there texting. This place is absolutely terrible. read more

food ok to good however i just had one of my worst experiences with a waitress. we were seated promptly. but took 15 minutes before our waitress came to ask for our drink order. we ordered our food at the same time (since we had all that time) then it took another 10 minutes or so before she brought our drinks (tea and coke, nothing fancy) then 20 minutes later she brought half our food and left...thought she was coming back with the rest because we wanted to ask her for napkins and silverware....so we sit there with no napkins, no silverware, empty drink glasses and half our food which is getting cold...finally another waitress gives us silverware and napkins and our waitress brings the rest of our food minus the queso blanco which was supposed to be our appetizer says she will be right back with it a refills. she instead goes to the table next to ours and begins to take their order. our glasses still have not been refilled. she brings the queso blanco(chips and cheese) and leave again. next time we see her she is bringing drinks for that other table and then she refills drink at yet another table....another waitress stops by and asked if we need refills and promptly refills our drinks and brings napkins and TOGO boxes (because by then we are fed up with our waitress and want to leave )all while taking care of her own customers. we ask for our check which she brings to us much faster than anything else she has brought us tonight. we hand over our card for payment and dont see her for another 15 minutes all the while we sit there with our boxed up food... and instead of bringing our card and reciept...she bring us drink refills...lol read more
