Wow! Looking through the reviews and I feel like I had the unicorn visit. The lunch bartender Michelle greeted us as we walked in and sat down in the bar area. She was quick about getting our drinks and taking our order. The foos came out in about 7 mins, it was so fast we thought they got it mixed up with someone else's. The old trusty riblets were just as good as always. I tried the Asian chille sauce and it was a nice change. The fries here are always good, idk if it's the seasoning salt or the fries themselves. The atmosphere is the typical Applebees where everyone is almost sitting with each other because of the dining room layout. Nothing fancy and it seemed to be clean from what I can tell. I would recommend dining here atleast for lunch. read more

My family and myself went to this location last night around 5pm. We were seated, but no waitress ever came to our table. No drink order no nothing. After about 20 minutes of waiting my mom went to the bar, as it was the only person that looked like they were working, to ask for a waitress and a manager. After about another 5+ minutes of waiting no one still came to our table, but a waitress did go to help a few other tables in another location. We happily all got up and left after waiting for no service and no manager or waitress after requesting help. There were several people walking in and out of the back that did not look like workers as they were not dressed in appropriate work attire or have name tags. Also several people that seemed to be workers were outside smoking and talking during and after this all took place. Haven't been here since I was younger and definitely will not return. read more

Few places have surprised me over the years. Based on the reviews I was prepared to have an unpleasant experience, but because my husband and I were so famished from the process of moving to the area we gave it a go. Sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Stacie who proved the whole night how amazing she was. Food came out and exceeded our expectations. My husband ordered a med rare steak and was shocked that it came out exactly that based on the 2 star review. Call it a lucky night but they are definitely worth the chance. read more

The classic burger was good and cooked correctly.The steak was also cooked a perfect medium well. The three cheese chicken penne was cold and had to be sent back to be warmed. The blondie desert was good. However, things to consider is that you only get on dinner napkin. If you need more you get bar napkins. You can even get wet naps but staff is encouraged not to give out more than one dinner napkin. read more

Honestly, I give the food 5 stars. It was perfectly prepared and delicious, and the portions were huge. Very good. My compliments to the kitchen staff. The host/manager was very friendly and we were seated immediately. He even held the chair out for my mom, who is a bit slow and uses a cane. After sitting at our table for 5-10 minutes and being passed by numerous servers, I asked the hostess if a server had been assigned to our table. She said she'd check, and I told my mom we'd give them 5 more minutes then we'd go somewhere else. Within 2 minutes two servers showed up, one of which was being trained, which I thought was odd on a Friday night (trial by fire?) After that, the service was great - fast and very friendly. I hesitate to give more than 3 stars just because it wouldn't be the first place I'd return to if given a choice. I went to use the restroom and it looked like someone put glue on there ass and sat down and left they ass partials on the toilet. Service was amazing, our server was doing an amazing job! But the food was horrible, the Alfredo dip tasted watered down, the portions were a lot smaller for more money! The service was ok and the waitress nice. The ambiance was "ok," but the food was atrocious. I ordered fish and chips. I got something that resembled fried fish, and the batter was awful! The texture and amount of grease suggested, "don't eat me." I peeled the batter off and it was runny beneath it. The fish itself was ok, if you didn't mind dodging the hard black and brown parts to find white meat. The tartar sauce was foul and the coleslaw bland and warm. The appetizers were good but my kids got lumpy yogurt with their strawberries. All the Applebees are terrible that I've went to in the last 10 years. I don't know what happened to the franchise. After being impressed watching the upbeat, hip Applebee's TV commercials, my wife and I decided to revisit after a long layoff. It was a quiet non-busy Tuesday afternoon about 5 o'clock and the place had only a handful of diners that early. We always prefer a booth to tables and find them more comfortable for my wife's back issues. Although the place was mostly empty, our first odd experience was that the hostesses started whispering for what seemed like 2-3 minutes while hunched over the mostly empty seating chart discussing our request for a booth. This was both odd and awkward. We were seated and drinks brought. After we placed our very simple orders (the "special"), nothing happened for the next 37 minutes! After questioning our waiter, she explained--to our shock and disbelief--that wait staff were grabbing each others orders out of turn! And then the worst part of the entire unpleasant dining experience. After requesting the manager, he made it to our table. I explained the 37 minute delay and the apparent dysfunctional unprofessional competition that seemed to be causing food delays. He simply stood straight up stiff in front of me the whole time and never said a word. When I finished he simply said thank you, spun around on his heels and walked off! read more

So, I'm currently sitting at the bar and I have to be honest, it's some of the worst service I've received here. The bartender, is clearly overwhelmed with her section and every time I need something I've had to flag someone down for assistance. So let's get to the actual issue, ordered the steak and shrimp "surf and turf" style meal, medium. The first time it came out medium well and after flagging down a manager, I asked to have it recooked. The second time it came out it was even more well than the first time. I patiently wait for a manager or bartender to come and ask if my steak was cooked better but they never came. At this point I'm starving so I suffer through what I can and tell the bartender (once I flag her down) that it was even worse, she noted this apologized and said she told her manager. The manager never came to speak with me nor did she ask me if I needed or wanted anything to be done about my steak. Now, I am a bartender at a very busy restaurant, and I while I am patient with staff bc I know it is often not their fault, this situation could have been handled better. Our waiter/ waitress (not sure) cleaned it up no questions asked, but that is something that should have been done before we sat down. We had buffalo wings has our appetizer, good flavor, they were room temperature at best. My main course was fine. We decided to order dessert we had they triple chocolate cake and it was very good and not over bearing. Overall, I am not impressed with this location. It was very dirty, from floors to silverware. I can't review the food or service if no one is at the front to seat us. The hostess (at least I think she was the hostess) finally came over to let us know she'd be with us soon. Another couple had come in by this time. We waited a few more minutes. My companion was ready to leave. Another couple entered and waited only a couple of minutes before they left. All this time she was still playing with the remote and ? device. The second couple left and then we did, too. One of the servers saw all of us leaving and wanted to know why. Ordered curbside delivery , waited 15-20 minutes past what should have been a delivery. Finally got my food and was told they are not allowed to go outside after dark. What's the point of curbside delivery then ?? At least let the customer know before hand so they are not waiting. Started out bad hostess Irene didn't greet us with a smile or a hello! Just a how many? Is a table ok? I didn't care but, my husband thought a booth would be better with a 3 year old( like most ppl) she looked at us waited without a ok or anything. Then curtly said this way. Sat us didn't ask if we wanted a booster seat or anything. The rest of the meal was uneventful I ordered a burger only ate half of it.... My husband order some chicken dish with jalapeños and his food came out looking nothing like a the picture just chiCken breast with mash potatoes that had cheese no jalapeños. He told the server that he didn't want the dish she didn't ask why or offer something more. She just took the plate! The only person that enjoyed was my daughter she like the crayons! Don't go here horrible service. They messed up our order and didn't even bring 2 of the people in our party there food. 2 people in the party ordered the pick five apps. But we're charged for the full size app and the apps were the pick 5 size. We talked to the manager and she said she would take care of it. When we got the check we were charged for everything even the food we didn't receive. After talking to the manager again they finally got the bill correct.
