Food was good and our service was great. (Def recommend the pretzels and cheese with honey mustard) We had 4 adults and one teen so we were sat at a large round corner booth. The table was soooo sticky. I mean everything stuck to it, our arms, our wallets, our plates. Before we could say anything the waitress came back and apologized for the table stating it's the finish on the table and that it was not dirty. She must get A LOT of complaints. I heard other tables complain about the stickness as well. Shame because I wouldn't go for come back except for that. It really needs an update read more

Had a great time with coworkers sitting at the bar! Danielle was a total vibe and was able to give us great service and make us laugh. The drinks were good. On the weak side, but still good. Most of the boys got beers while me and a girl opted for fruity, sweet drinks. The floors to the restroom and in the restroom were an absolute nightmare. Just greasy and slippery. I had to wipe my feet on the entrance rug after using the restroom. We didn't order food but it smelled great coming out of the kitchen. read more

service was horrible. waitress acted like she hated her job and didn't even want to be there or interact with customers. every time we had to get refills or to go boxes we had to grab her attention and she wouldn't even say a word to us and gave a lot of attitude. name i think was felicia. food was okay. plate was dirty and greasy with lots of dirty fingerprints. will never go back. read more

Walked in at 12:45. Sat a table that still had wet rings from the previous peoples glasses. Order was finally taken at 1:05. Only had water or tea available as soft drinks had no carbonation. We had a sweet little server, kind of felt bad for her because this place was a mess and she was the only one hopping around. The guy who sat us disappeared and never saw him again. Food came out at 1:25. Late going back to work. Restaurant 2 stars, server 4 stars. read more

2 for $25 was awful! 1. The burger was burnt and stuck to the plate. We were told that it was normal to be that way. The onion rings were not good and unlike any onion rings I've had in the past. 2. Second of 2 for $25 was edible . The table was sticky just like another reviewer had written. Very slow service! Don't ever intend to go back. Save yourself the trip and go to a different place to eat!Rating is actually ZERO! read more

I went to Applebees on Veterans Day for a free lunch. The service was very good, however the meal of a 6 ounce sirloin steak was not up to par. The mashed potatoes were cold and tasteless, broccoli was well seasoned and the medium rare streak was so difficult to cut through I was hardly able to chew the steak. I'm glad this meal was free. I did order the cinnamon bun dessert that was very good. The price was 18.99 for the steak dinner if I had to pay for It I should have ordered a hamburger read more

Cleanliness for starters. Nasty sticky glass rings on the bar, that wet rag smell, etc etc. Eventually did see the bartender wipe the bar down , but cant clean with a dirty rag. Offrred a menu but never csme back to see what i wanted to order. Again, as i see in many establishments the bsrtenders are attentive to a select few. One patron, she decided to sit at the booth. As far as cleanliness it needs to be turned upside down. read more

Florence, Kentucky location. The odd thing about this place is that it neither stood out, nor was it necessarily "bad" in any way. Just, simply, average on all counts. The food was delivered to the table pretty quickly. Had the pretzel and beer cheese app, then the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. Both were pretty good. The service was fair; she seemed a bit on the uninterested side, but that could be any one of us on any given day, with everything happening in the world today. All in all, a fair visit. read more

if your food is wrong, denise will conspire with her coworkers to get them to lie to you that they DEFINITELY gave you the right food. she'll also insult you loudly, without muting the phone. i am never coming back to this location SPECIFICALLY because of her. when i complained, it took me WEEKS to just get a gift card. i was supposed to get my money back and still haven't. i never got an apology from denise for making fun of me and mocking me, either. hopefully she no longer works there, but she probably does. she is a liability to this restaurant and a rude woman. read more

Stopped by with a few friends on a Friday for happy hour around 4:30. Luckily we got there when we did because the place got packed! Our server identified the happy hour menu options and gave us some time to check out the menu. We all ordered off the happy hour menu, but the food took a little while. Ok experience at an ok establishment. read more

I came to Applebees & arrived at 3pm, droves 20 minutes in the rain, and haven't eaten all day. We arrived around 3 and 2 men arrived after us and got seated after us. we ordered as soon as we got there and sat there for over 30 minutes and those 2 men got their food before us. We sat there for another 20 minutes and within that time a mom and two little boys arrived, ordered, and got their food before us as well. Our "waitress" was the bartender and continuously as we sat there throughout the whole time took care of 2 grown men sitting at the bar while we were waiting. Nobody came to check for refills or anything. We also asked what the wait would be before we ordered and the bartender said 20-25 minutes and in total we sat there for over an hour and a half and with no refills, no food, no NOTHING! if I could give no stars, I would. read more

idk about the food but my husband, a veteran, went in and tried to receive his complimentary meal, it took a hour to get his food, the server gave his food away 2x to other customers and when he decided to say screw it, he finally gave him his food on the way to the door. poor service... never again..... not to mention the keno machine kept stealing his money!! read more

The woman behind the bar ignored me as I waited there to ask simply where to pick up my food. I said hi with a smile on my face and she ignored me as she walked over to the ticket counter to make her next drink. Some guy at the bar also felt the need to add his two cents to the situation as he made a comment to the bartender thinking I'm trying to walk up and order a drink. Your bartenders need to learn when to cut people off from alcohol it's not always about the buck$ not suprised as her customer service skills were poor . This made me try to avoid any conflict and walk out after I got my food forgetting my drink. I called the manager and said I forgot my drink . She was kind but I told her Nevermind I rather not come back. I tipped 10$ out of 43 and 17$ cash to server that's besides the fact . People simply prefer somewhat considerate customer service when spending their money, read more

Terrible. We were skeptical at first as there was no wait to be seated in a Saturday evening when all other restaurants packed. We sat right down. It took 25 mins to get our drinks. The Margarita tasted like lemon juice with no alcohol. The female bar tender was upset that we were upset with our drinks. The manager added a shit of tequila for an additional $7.50. $15 total for a nasty margarita. Needless to say we left, hungry and out 45 mins that we can never get back. read more

I like going to this place specially during the happy hour. I came here with friends after work, we ordered from the appetizer menu which was 1/2 off from 3-6 pm. We arrived right around 4 pm, we were seated right away, and our waitress came to get our drinks orders right away, and promptly returned and took our orders in less than 10 minutes. The place eventually got more crowded, but our waitress seemed attentive and constantly stopping by to ask if we need anything. I ordered chicken wings and spinach- artichoke dip. I would like to rate the place 5/5, but because the chips were undone (overly greasy, chips were still stacked together, uncooked and hard not crispy) and seems to be hurriedly cooked my rating is 4.5. The chicken wings is one of the best I had in this restaurant, so crispy outside with tender and juicy meat. Going to happy hour and ordering from the appetizer menu is one way of having a cheap dinner and having fun too. Some drinks were on the happy hour too. I choose not to indulge myself since I am my own DD, but plans on bringing my hubby next time and try the drinks and check if it's the same quality as the regular price. read more

I haven't been to an Applebee's in a very long time and now I remember why...overpriced, unclean restaurant, and the food quality was ok at best. From checking in, to a special request in regards to a necessary dietary restriction, it seems all we did was inconvenience the staff there. We had 5 of us together, 3 adults and two kids. When we checked in there was a bunch of confusion of where we would be able to sit and how long it would take. We were about to pack up and leave when they told us they could accommodate (after 20min with no word on how long we would wait‍). We sat down and recognized it was pretty gross in there. The silverware was dirty, the window looked like a dog dragged saliva all over it and it dried up, and it seemed that during COVID-19 there would be more effort to maintain a cleaner restaurant. We gave it a chance because we did have an nice waitress. We made a request that my child get grilled chicken instead of fried due to her gluten allergy. The waitress came back to say that the manager said he "will not stray away from the menu." So...my wife ordered a grilled chicken salad and swapped for our kid's VERY SMALL portion of fried chicken. Again, this was so my daughter could have an option that met her dietary needs. I don't understand the inconvenience here and unwillingness to stray from the menu with such a simple request. My daughter was already bummed that there were no gluten free entrees on the kids menu. With it being limited seating in a restaurant you would think that accommodating your customers would be more of a priority. Regardless, the double fried shrimp I ordered was ok and the onion rings were worth getting again, at another location. I don't believe I'll ever returning back to this location. I also wouldn't recommend others to go here. read more

I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned the stench. We travel and have been to many Applebees, this is by far the dirtiest and smelliest one we have ever been in. It needs shut down and remodeled. The food was mediocre, not seasoned at all. Would never eat at this one again. read more

This is just your standard Applebee's and honestly I already know what I like so that's what I order. Boneless wings, fries, and wonton tacos are all standard and the tacos being my favorite. I know when you sit at the bar you tend not to get as ignored as you may if you sit at a table. So I only sit at a table if I have a lot of people with me, or I'm not in a hurry. If I'm by myself, with 1 or 2 friends, or in a hurry I sit at the bar. I'm usually waiting on someone or in a bit of hurry, so I'm generally sitting at the bar even if I'm not ordering a drink. It's faster more attentive service, at ANY Applebee's I've been to (probably over 20 in my lifetime). I've traveled from one side of the country to the other, and what I can say is the food is consistent. I don't normally give "fast food" such a high rating but this is more for the overall consistency across the nation I have experienced, unlike a lot of other chain restaurants. I like to always sit at the bar during happy hour as it makes "snacks" like the wonton tacos and "wings" affordable, and not to mention an amazing priced deal on a Brutus, to round out the meal with a nice refreshing beer. I suppose there is a bit of nostalgia from my old home as I used to walk to one after work and meet friends for a drink before going home after work. It was located by a highway so it was always busy, but like I said, the food and beer is consistent in the end - and that's what has always brought me back. And this one is no different. read more

"Two for twenty" and an appetizer. "14 mins or Free" lunch. They have some great promos, but I was really disappointed. Dang, my 100th review is not so good. ugh. My chicken was burnt and the whole piece took on the burnt taste. I don't mind my food well done, but I couldn't get past this really burnt taste. Plus, how do you burn tostito strips? Maybe their warmer is a burner. The rice was really dried out. They did offer to recook it or give me something else, but my lunch break was over so I couldn't accept. They did make it right by deducting my plate. The server was really nice - Stamper was her name. Chef Ramsey would have had a fit. I know, I know, it's not fine dining. read more

Stopped by because I remembered Applebee's having a great late night bar happy hour. Was told tonight that a new company is running the chain now. Guessing they are the reason behind the updating happening recently. Seems they also decided to change HH. No big deal. Beer deals all day now. Tried the mix-n-match app sampler. Was hoping the food received a facelift too but not so much. The beer was still cold and we liked the straightforward-ness of the bartender, Kelly. I dined at Applebee's in Florence with my family tonight. I ordered the Bourbon St Steak and it was so bad I couldn't even cut through the Gristle! It was a complete and total waste. The waiter took the steak off of my tab (thankfully) and said he told the Manager. You would have thought that the Manager would have come over to our table and apologized but did she? Hell No! Not a single word! Needless to say, I won't return to the Florence Applebee's. Good riddance. read more

The food was terrible. I had the chicken, bacon ranch sandwich with fries. The fries was cold. I asked for fresh fries they brought me more fries and they were lukewarm still taste like rubber. My daughter had the chicken Alfredo. Her bread was hard as a rock and the chicken was burnt. I had to ask our waitress to turn the music down that they had playing overhead because it was so loud. It was almost giving my daughter and myself a headache. They turned it down for a little bit, but by the time we was leaving, it was back up. Seated quickly and they seemed to be well staffed. Our waitress Dani did a great job keeping our glasses full. Wonderful bread, loved the Cowboy shrimp, strawberry salad was tasty but 1/3 of the romaine was brown on the ends, too much dressing and there was maybe 1strawberry on it-cut into 4 pcs-kinda misleading!! But I'd order it again just ask for fresh lettuce and dressing on the side. Our sirloin was thick and cooked just right, could have been a little more tender but it was good. Baked tater was flakey and HOT-not "loaded" with much....few flakes of bacon, 4 green onions and not nearly enough butter or sour cream. read more

In December, I visited the Applebee's restaurant located on Exit 9 at the outlet in Canton, specifically at 901 Ridge Walk Parkway, after coming from out of town. We ordered our food to go, but unfortunately, it was not correct, and we had to wait for an extra 20 minutes from the time we were supposed to pick it up. The next day, I called the manager to complain, and they emailed me a gift card as a gesture of apology. Since I hadn't used the gift card, my family and I decided to use it today since it was a rainy day, and we wanted to stay inside. My spouse went to pick up our order, but unfortunately, there was no sauce for the mozzarella cheese sticks, our chips were at the bottom of the bag and the food was cold. As a result, I have decided that we have had enough of this location as I have had one too many bad experiences. Furthermore, the manager stated that maybe the chips jumped out of the bag. Perhaps we will consider trying out another Applebee's location in the future because this particular one is TERBILE read more

I've never been a frequent patron of Applebee's, but the past week I've ordered curbside service twice. Both times I have been exceptionally pleased with my meals. Their 4 cheese macaroni is just amazing, and I don't even like Mac & cheese. I am almost tempted to order 2 sides of it with my 8 oz sirloin, but I also like the mashed potatoes. During these COVid times it's very nice to just order online and pick my food up with very little wait time. Thanks Applebee's! read more

We ordered 2 stk/shrimp fajitas thru grub hub since we have 2 sick kids and couldn't go out. Our order was half hr late and of course cold so we had to warm up on stove when it got here. And they forgot our shells, kinda hard to eat fajitas without shells. Driver must've dropped food cause it was all pushed to one side and right in the guacamole we asked on side for reason. The amount of steak and 2 orders of shrimp received was pathetic. I'm embarrassed we paid over $40 for this meal. Really disappointed read more
