Don't bother calling ahead to make a reservation whether you have a large party or not. We called several days in advance to make a reservation as we had a party of 13. We even chose a less busier hour so that it would be easier on the staff. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that they did not take reservations and that they had nothing in our name. Then they told us it would be 45 minutes to an hour before we would be seated. Apparently, they only had one table for a large party. And the group that was sitting at it was just getting their food. The restaurant was not busy at all for any smaller parties yet there were people sitting at the door waiting to be seated. They need better management and they need to take the reservations moniker off their website. read more

Had lunch here yesterday. Despite short staffing they managed to get our 3 person party fed & out the door. The food was good. Atmosphere seemed less that normal. Wait staff clearly stood within earshot to complain about having customers to take care of. Our server, Joseph, was serious & working very hard to keep his section running smoothly. Overall, we had a good experience. Our server was attentive & the food was fresh & tasty. Prices have went up again, so be prepared. I'm still recommending Applebees on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. read more

Well, we gave them another shot after 2 years, and they're still messed up. I ordered a burger with fireball infused whiskey bbq sauce and medium rare. Well, the medium rare was spot on, NO SAUCE. If I could I would give this place a 0 star... but I've been to multiple Applebees around the state and out of state. This is one of the most horrible Applebees and the service was VERY slow we wait 30 minutes until a server came by and took our drink orders. Then after that another 20 minutes passed by and finally our drinks came out. Our waiter left us and never came back for another chunk of time. Other waiters were standing around and not serving costumers which is very unprofessional. Our server was very awkward and not friendly at all. Costumer service needs major improvements. The setting of this place was just so off, silverware was dirty and not clean, tables were sticky and not cleaned. I'm furious when we asked for the checks she came and gave us the check and I payed with a 100$ bill. She comes back with 58$ in return but the catch is that they were all in ones... apparently the bar didn't have change and all they had was 1$ bills. Ummmmmm I feel like I was in a twilight zone eating here tonight. Our server was so extremely awkward, monotone & quiet... had no idea what she was talking about half the time. She put our drinks in and we saw them sit on the bar ready for over 10 minutes and she was no where to be seen... we had to ask another server to grab them for us. Surrounding our drinks at the bar was empty drinks and food that needed to be cleaned up but all the servers kept sitting their table's trash at the bar instead of just taking it to the back to clean up. Mind you, it was super slow in the restaurant... no reason for the lazy pile up of trash. The bathrooms were so gross.. everytime I went in I had to peel toilet paper off my shoes before exiting. We've been coming to this applebees for a while but today's service and quality of food was complete crap. This is the second time in 2 weeks that we have come to this Applebee's and the food has been wrong and cold. My husband ordered a medium steak with broccoli his steak was medium well and dry and hard like a hockey puck and his broccoli was overcooked and I ordered the broccoli alfredo and when we got it it was lukewarm but still edible except that we had to wait 15 minutes for silverware after asking the waitress three times so by the time we finally got silverware our food was ice cold. The silverware she brought us ended up being plastic silverware after I watched her walk past the six times still forgetting to bring us our silverware. We ended up leaving the restaurant and not eating our food at all the only one of us in our party that got to eat was our 7 year old son because his food came with its own silverware. read more

I ordered a spinach dip and chips appetizer with my 2 for 20 meal. When the appetizer has brought to the table it had a raw uncooked chicken nugget in the middle of my chips. I informed the manager of the situation. I placed a piece of my straw paper onto the plate. The manager of the restaurant took my plate back to the kitchen. 5 minutes later he returned with a plate of chips and a new dip. Upon me viewing the plate I realized that it was the same plate because, the straw paper will still on the plate under the chips. My plates was not exchanged for a new plate. All that was done was that more chips were added on to the same dirty plate and brought back out to me. I was not offered a refund or a new appetizer. read more

When we finally got seated, the staff was very rude to all of us. We ordered drinks and did not get them until after we had our food. Ooof...this place is a mess. They have touch screens on the table for ordering or playing games. I got the slice chills after touching it. I could feel the crud on the screen. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and it was as filthy as the screen. Overflowing paper towels in the waste basket, crud on the walls. On my way back to our table I could see random food items on the floor. Not under the tables, in the walking path. The booth we sat in has long since passed its usefulness. I had a spring up my ass for most of my time here. The food was what I expected. We just had appetizers. I don't need to ever have cheeseburger egg rolls again. They weren't terrible, just not something I cared for. We didn't have to wait long for it and it came out hot, so they had that going for them. The service was fine. The waitress was nice. We were told when we for there 15-20 min wait. 25 min later the host comes and tells the 3 groups of people waiting that it would be an additional 30-45 min. Half of the Resturaunt was empty. We had to wait hosts words " there are 2 pages of to go orders and they have priority" he even said some of those had come in since we had been there. Obviously customer service does not matter.
