This is one of the few bus services that I actually relied on once in my life because I was stupid enough to come to Minneapolis without a car a very long time ago - so I take the bus at about lunch time up to the village of Hilltop and back and then a couple other buses to other locations in the area over subsequent days. And I like it because I'm a kid and it's exciting. But yeah. It wasn't great. They're not awful and they're not great. Nowhere near as nice as the buses in England though. They are a bit neglected, and I guess when buses have to run to through this much incredible snow and Siberian temperatures then you're glad that they just exist and and they don't break down.

I booked round-trip transportation with Executive Transportation for my father from his residence to the airport and included the additional cost of meet and greet where the driver was to be at the airport waiting for my father at the luggage terminal with a sign on the return trip. Executive transportation failed to deliver on all basic service commitments and expectations for both trips. INITIAL PICK UP: Executive transportation showed up 20 minutes late to the contracted pickup time without calling to advise they were running late. I had to call the company who stated they were unaware their driver was running late, stated they would check with the driver and call me back. The company called me back and confirmed the driver was running late but was in route to the pick up location and picked up my father 20 minutes late. RETURN TRIP: On the return trip, my father was not greeted at the baggage terminal by the driver as contracted. After my father retrieved his luggage and was looking around for the driver, he received a call from Executive Transportation that the driver was running 30 minutes late, had locked themselves out of the car, but were on their way. I called Executive Transportation to express my dissatisfaction on their repeated service level failures. The employee stated they would have Rob, the owner call me to make it right. An hour later, Rob did call me, was not aware of the first incident where his driver was 20 minutes late to the initial pick up and stated that, on the pick up, his driver had locked themselves out of the car, causing the delay. I informed Rob that I expected to be reimbursed for the Meet and Greet premium charge as well as reimbursement for the two service level failures. Rob stated that he would investigate, as it was a Saturday, he was not in the office, but promised to call me back on a Monday when he returned to the office. Rob never called me on Monday as promised, the third service level failure by Executive Transportation. I would not recommend Executive Transportation as they failed to deliver on all basic service commitments and expectations.

A gentleman driving another shuttle pulled up and asked "did that just happen? Wait 10 mins". He left and returned with a Schmitty and sons van with a lift! He took us to the hotel on his own time free of charge. In my tired and stressed out state, I never got his name.
