I arrived with so many nerves, but left there feeling so happy and grateful that I found Dr. Catalina and her staff. The staff are professional, helpful and follow all protocols to protect their patients health and safety. I come from a family background of folks in the medical field and know proper protocols for patient health and noticed each individual make the proper decisions to follow health safety and sanitation guidelines. Then when I called to reschedule it back to the original time, the scheduler tells me that they do not have a 4pm time slot as their office closes at 4pm and when I reached out to their websites live chat support, the person tells me that the providers schedules vary so their office hours vary depending on the provider. Also when I tried to get rescheduled to their office location, that I was told ONLY accepts my DHMO plan by the receptionists in the office, the scheduler on the phone tells me that NONE of their office locations accept DHMO plans at all. Idk. Changes occur without the patient being notified before they occur.
