The staff are professional, helpful and follow all protocols to protect their patients health and safety. My fiancé had a filling and ended up overpaying after insurance processed, so he was owed a refund. When we went to receive the refund, we were told $50 would be deducted because he had missed a previous appointment. The issue is that we never received a courtesy reminder by text, call, or email. The office insisted that they had called and texted, but we explained that we received absolutely nothing and were even willing to show them. Instead of addressing that, we were simply told that it was their policy. We completely understand having a missed-appointment policy, but the $50 was never mentioned when the appointment was missed and was only brought up when we requested the refund. We were also told they try to be flexible with patients and don't always enforce the fee, which honestly made it feel like the policy was being enforced only when convenient. We had planned to continue coming here, but unfortunately, this experience changed our perspective. I just believe policies should be consistently enforced.
