I arrived with so many nerves, but left there feeling so happy and grateful that I found Dr. Catalina and her staff. The staff are professional, helpful and follow all protocols to protect their patients health and safety. I come from a family background of folks in the medical field and know proper protocols for patient health and noticed each individual make the proper decisions to follow health safety and sanitation guidelines. I was impressed at how they handled each task and how Dr. Catalina herself made me feel at ease, confident and comfortable in the chair. We are in the process right now to give me new crowns to get my beautiful smile back. It's been long hours, but pain free and recovery has been quicker than expected. Robert does my teeth cleaning, and he is the best. Kind, gentle and always attentive and ready to pause at a moment's notice if there should be any discomfort. He tunes into you very well.
