Everybody in the place has a smile for me and for my dog everytime we come in the door. What's more, as soon as he sees any of the staff, he immediately goes to them with a happy doggy smile. They have webcams the puppy parents can access during the day and you can tell they are well cared for. We have also boarded our dog with them several times and he is always content with them.

Nugget is a rescue from the flood. He'd be dead had it not been for my wife. He is a roller and I tried to clip him myself and failed miserably. Madison, one of the groomers, took him away and bathed and clipped him. I guess her patience and understanding won him over. While waiting, there were some loud claps of thunder, and the immediate response was to take action with a dog that was afraid of thunder. They really care for our pets. When she brought him back out to me, I could not believe he was my Nugget. He looked so.... handsome. I'll never take my dog to anyone else. I was impressed and very thankful for them.

They do not like going other places but they absolutely love Ms. Julie. She had kept them many times when we had medical situations, vacations, or just a lil get-away for the doggies. She makes sure all animals are vetted by making sure all have their shots and medicals records. They each have gated sleeping areas, she can give scheduled meds, they have activity times, and she gives them lots of love and attention. We had to leave them this past Christmas 24' because my daughter was having a baby out of state. Ms. Julie took great care of our boys, sent updates and pics. They also get a progress report card upon pick up. Her prices are a great values for the service she provides. She also does drop -off/pick-up and can go to the home to feed/walk. We all love her! My other daughter brings her pups to Ms. Julie as well now.
