Came in for a pedicure and feel like I could have done better myself, she did not take the time to get the previous polish completely off (which was shellac, so an extra charge to remove), then she was going to leave my nails rough until I had to tell her to file them, no trimming of cuticles and no callus removing, I feel she was rushing because she had to get to get next client, I should have just waited until I returned back to my hometown where 5 star treatment is normal. If you don't live on the cape don't bother. I just had my nails done here and the lady asked me if I live nearby and after I said no, she definitely seemed to not care about what I wanted after that. Went here once for a mani pedi. They cut me with the cuticle scissors THREE times during the pedicure. I was bleeding and it was very painful. A day later, two of my toes are still throbbing and I have to wear bandaids over them which obviously ruins the pedicure. Needless to say, I did not stay for the manicure... definitely would not recommend. read more

FINALLY made time to leave this gem of a nail salon a review! Talk about CLEAN. Exactly what we needed. I've gone in maybe 6 times with and without making appointments and they're always so cheerful and attentive and most of all HONEST if they aren't able to take you for 20 minutes, they won't tell you to "sit for a minute" like a lot of salons. Endless options of color for dip, gel, acrylic, regular polish etc. I've recommended Apple nails to all my girlfriends and customers at my work down on vaca! If there were more stars to be given, they'd have them! read more

This was a very bad experience. First I sat waiting for 30 min when I had an appointment. Second the man who did my acrylics was rude and sarcastic and not nice. As I was in there, a teenage girl was upset with her nails as her gel manicure was so far from her cuticles. I would NOT recommend this place. read more

First visit to this brand new nail salon today- my regular spot in Eastham was not able to help me today, and so I went to Yelp to search. I called this Salon as it was listed as new ( Clean!) and the one and only review was very good. Had an errand nearby, decision made! It is beautiful! So much Attention to detail - simple , elegant. Chandelier in center of the room is lovely- I love that there are NO TVs . And no magazines- It was soooo relaxing with quiet meditative music in the background. My fill and gel polish as well as pedicure were done by owner Kevin and quite simply I have never had such attention to the details. He did a wonderful job and took the time to shape my nails as I asked- as natural as possible... pedicure was equally detail oriented from the soaking in a clean , lined tub with a " shower cap " type liner, to the detail paid to my nails and the massage of feet and lower legs. There are at least 10 pedicure chairs. This salon features a state of the art air filtration system so no smells of polish remover, and dust from filing and gel polish removal disappear into a fan system in the table and into hidden fans in the walls. - again, the relaxing music.... Pricing is more than reasonable for the attention to detail- Run, dont walk- to this truly lovely spot for a few hours of relaxing- Kevin and his wife Tracy are true hosts at this beautiful salon. Open 7 days a week, Mon - Sat 9 am - 7 pm , and Sundays 10-5. Make an appointment, this place will fill up fast when the word gets out!! Tell your friends. So clean is the first impression when you walk in hope you keep it up ! Had a young gentleman I believe his name was Jaden who took his time with my mani and pedi ! I was able to walk in early as they have great hours 9-7 so great for working people!! I couldn't believe how long they spend with you so don't go if you are looking to run in and out but do go if you need a break from your everyday stresses!! I've been a few times and they just don't know how to treat their customers. I called for an appointment, they don't ask your name. They say come now, you get there and all the chairs are full and they ask you to come back in an hour or more. What is the purpose of an appointment? Plus they are just not a welcoming staff. As newer residents to the Cape, my daughters and I were thrilled when this salon opened up in 2018. Sadly, it has gone downhill since then. At a recent visit my daughter had a very painful pedicure experience where the 'tech' cut her skin deep enough to cause it to bleed. He didn't apologize, but instead covered it up with a towel that looked used and had holes in it. She did not finish her pedicure with nail polish because of the service he was providing and he left her toes pretty much in the same condition as when she arrived. Since my other daughter was having her nails done as well, we didn't want to say anything for fear they would resent our complaints and take it out on her manicure. Suffice it to say, this place is no longer clean, tools are reused and not sterile. Today my daughter's toe is red and she's worried about infection! I don't like to give a local business a review that would hurt them, however $160 (without tip) seems like highway robbery for what was provided. (3 pedicures, or should I say 2; and one full set of nails). Feels like two hundred bucks down the drain. read more

The place itself is very clean. I came here because the dip powder manicure was a little cheaper than other options on the cape. Had to wait 30 minutes in the pedicure chair until someone got to me, and I made an appointment. The girl who did my pedicure was great, however. Nice leg massage. The owner, who did my manicure, was very nice but she kept filing my nails down (so short that a few started bleeding) and cut my cuticles down so much that a few are bleeding also. She also rushed at the end trying to get to her next client and didn't give me a hot towel or hand massage with lotion. Overall spent 2 hours here which was much too long. read more

Loved this salon! My daughter went this morning for just a manicure, but ended up having a pedicure as well! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My daughter says "best manicure she's ever had" and she has them a lot! The place is immaculate, they even use cloth towels instead of paper towels! Highly recommend and they are open seven days a week! read more

I loved my experience at Apple Nail! I went to their salon for the first time yesterday for a mani/pedi.. I am super particular about my nail shape and they nailed it!!!! The place is very clean and the staff is super lovely.. I tripped several hours after getting my nails done and my toe polish all scratched off. My friend and I made appointments to get a pedicure, we waited 30 minutes past our appointment and then they started my friends pedicure 15 minutes before they started my pedicure. We opted for the "spa pedicure" which is $50 not including a tip. The lady that did my pedicure didn't cut my toenails even tho I told her I wanted her to, she just filed them down. Then when they "massage you" with the hot stones she literally just ran it down my leg and foot and that was it. She didn't exfoliate my feet or anything. I was willing to pay $50 because I desperately wanted a good spa pedicure which is why I chose to go here, but to me I just got a basic pedicure. She barely even rubbed my legs or feet. Remember when I said my friend started 15 minutes before I did? Tell me why our pedicures were over at the same exact time. I feel like I totally got ripped off. I NEVER write reviews but I just felt the need this time. $50 wasted. read more

I saw the grand opening sign with all the good reviews and I was so excited to try! I scheduled an appointment for 3 gel manicures for my cousins and I. We arrived on time and waited an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment to even get started. In total we were there for over 2 hours, and one woman gradually worked on the 3 of us over that period of time. They absolutely do not have enough workers to work on everybody that makes appointments! Everyone else that also had appointments was waiting to be helped. They do NOT accept card, ONLY cash, then 2 of my nails broke 3 days later. I called back immediately and the woman said I could go get them fixed anytime. I walked in the following morning, and the guy rubbed nail glue on the top of my nail which did nothing bu, then told me they were too busy and I needed to come back later. The only good thing is that the place was nice and clean and they give you a water, but it's not a place I recommend to others. read more
