Update 6/26: Unfortunately, today I had a very rough and uncomfortable "spa" pedicure. I warned the technician about an injured toenail, but she was not gentle at all and took half the nail about 3/4 of the way off. When filing the nails, she kept scraping the tops of my toes, too. Hours later, my feet are actually sore. Lastly, I was told it would be $45, but I was charged $58. Probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. Update 8/29: Despite the negative experience I had in June, I've been back a few more times and have found it's just one employee in particular who is too rough. She made an appointment for the following day. When she arrived, she was told that they forgot to write it down and she would have to come back. Although she was annoyed, she did return. They could've handled the situation much more appropriately by either bumping someone who took her spot or by offering her a discounted or better yet a free service. During the service my partner felt very rushed. Simply put, their response was not a very customer oriented one. She doesn't think she'll go back.

When you walk in, they're always extremely friendly at the front desk - they have you check in on their iPad and then wash your hands at the back. I've been bouncing around between nail techs since coming here and have come in with nail art inspo each time and every tech has killed it so far - I honestly don't think you can get anyone bad in this place. Everyone has been easy to talk to and has communicated if they think they can't do a certain design or has been receptive to me communicating any changes to the design. I've never felt rushed or pressured - the most comfortable I've ever felt at a nail salon! The place feels clean and hygienic. They also offer some fun drinks - like Vietnamese coffee or a mimosa, which I think is so fun and truly adds to the feeling of being pampered.
