She said I should have never been allowed to book online and that my confirmation email was not sufficient for my appointment. She refused my service and said I'd have to call later to book because she was busy and didn't have time to book me in person. I just smiled and said okay. I acted like her rudeness and lack of customer service was acceptable, but it most certainly was not.
