Luckily for us, the awesome team of Jenn & Joelle are on hand to make my kids stylish at super reasonable prices. Jenn is so great with my boys, and they leave with their new post-Covid long hairstyles looking handsome & slightly badass. Joelle gave my daughter's bob the perfect Amélie update with baby bangs and a sweet angle. Their dad got a cut also and the grand total was $40. I would have happily paid more for the style & service. Always friendly, always fun, almost always a great cut after years and years worth of visits. Plus keeping it local ;-)

I found another Great Clips shop in PA where the stylist heard my concerns, changed the cut and updated my online record. The final blow came today when the stylist at my usual place barely acknowledged me, and repeated the out of date information. She also did not direct me to somewhere I could put my coat. I got fed up with her unwelcome attitude, took off the towel and cape she put on me. Seeing that I was walking out on her, she told me to "cool" my "jets". She is a poor representative in an altogether mediocre establishment.

Made an appointment with Laurie (I hope I am spelling that correctly) and thank goodness, she corrected. Laurie fixed her hair back to her natural brown color and framed her face with soft highlights. Trimmed and did a beautiful blowout. Laurie could not have been nicer; we sprung this on her. The appointment was made for highlights and the disaster happened the night before. When we went in, I said " This happened last night, can you fix this?" - She was great - she said absolutely and did an awesome job! Overall, very happy with the service!
