They were one of the first stores to carry Jellycats, along with so many other wonderful things. It's a wonderful place to visit around Christmas because they have so many unique decorations and home items, along with thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts for people. My daughter and I are frequent visitors, and it has become a beloved tradition that we always stop in whenever we're downtown. The ladies who work here are simply wonderful and incredibly helpful. Watched the website tracking throughout the day and it never changed to "out for delivery". Tried calling at 1:30p for an update. No one answered. Called again after 3p because the business where the arrangement was to be delivered to closes at 430p on Fridays. When the girl answered she said the arrangement was being worked on now. Surprised I asked if it was even going to be delivered today and she said she would check. When she came back to the phone she said that actually an attempt to deliver had been made that morning and was unsuccessful. I asked why I wasn't contacted and she said on the recipient would be contacted, but I confirmed they weren't contacted either. She wasn't able to tell me why it was "unsuccessful" when it was set to be delivered to to a business location that has 24 hour security and receptionists. She said they could attempt to deliver again the following day (Saturday) if I wanted them to, but the business where it was to be delivered is closed on weekends. Now trying to get a refund for the arrangement that was not delivered. Reading these other reviews here and on google, it sounds like this is the norm for this location. Would not recommend purchasing here. Went to the store to complain and request a refund I stood in the lobby by myself for several minutes.

When I spoke to the nice young lady that works there, I was specific to what I wanted the bouquet to look like. I wanted whimsical fairy bouquet. I need the colors to be white and pale pink with eucalyptus leaves. I showed pictures and even asked for a sage green ribbon to hold them together. I was told it would be to what I ordered and was told the bouquet would be $90. I didn't mind the price since it would be a piece of mind and not have to worry about making one myself. Upon arrival I had a balance of $40 to pay and I asked to see the bouquet before I paid the remaining balance. The bouquet was so small and nothing what I had asked for. The colors weren't even correct. I asked the owner if there was anyway she can correct it and she refused. I politely asked for my refund and she proceeded to yell at me and told me that she was nice enough to give me a $10 discount because she regularly charges $100 for the bouquet she was trying to sell me. Again I continued to ask for a refund as I am 6 months pregnant and didn't want to stress more about the situation. The owner practically threw my money at me and I walked out the door. I like supporting small businesses. But the treatment here was not very unprofessional. I ended up buying flowers myself and made a beautiful bouquet for $40. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
