I've always figured that replacing it would require careful measurements and a very precise, professional installer, which is what I got from this team two months ago. They are detail-oriented and really care about perfection. Worth mentioning that this was part of a bigger renovation that was ordered through Minnesota Rusco, a now-defunct company that left me with some unfinished business. I'm pretty sore at Minnesota Rusco, but Stoneworx got their end of the job done very satisfactorily. When Rusco went under, Joe from Stoneworx reached out to me to let me know that if I had any issues (which I don't, after two months) I could connect with them directly. I love my countertop and my new sink, and I would highly recommend contacting Stoneworx directly for this kind of work.

He built the window wells much smaller than I asked and it's very difficult to get out of the basement windows. The patio isn't level, and I've given him several months to fix the problem. Today, now that it's October, he said he's not going to send someone to fix it. Water is pooling in front of the front steps instead of flowing away from the house. He kept promising and promising, and postponing and postponing, and now he's not even going to fix the problem at all. He also hasn't gotten the window well covers even though it was on our bid and it has been over three months now. Very unprofessional and poor work.

They were incredibly helpful, fun, kind, safe, and took excellent care of everything. Our move was half as long as we anticipated because they worked extra hard and changed the strategy to make it happen more efficiently for us on day one when they realized we had 3 young kids and wanted to get it done as quickly as possible. Can't say enough good things about this crew and the move. This is our third move with Suddath. We moved from Philadelphia to Minneapolis, across our neighborhood, and then across neighborhood again. My husband and I have had several issues with the product we chose through Precision Garage Door…read more I've had to make more calls than I would like to address these issues, as has my husband. We certainly don't like to be "those people" and aren't looking to find issues out of nothing. The very last issue we had was another manufacturer issue to the door (small dents) and what we also thought was an installation issue due to a couple of the problems we saw with the chain/ door operation. We called on the Friday prior to Memorial Day and since our door is still under warranty, was able to get a no-cost appointment made with a technician for the Tuesday following Memorial Day. On Tuesday the technician was due to show between 8am and 10am. We both took the morning off work so we could be present to address the concerns with the technician. Unfortunately it started to creep up into the 10am hour and no technician had showed yet - a bit frustrating. So we called Precision Door and they ensured someone would be out to assist. Jason Schuster was the Install Manager who ended up showing to address our concerns. He was absolutely phenomenal. From the time he took to listen to our concerns and address each one with us, to the "above and beyond" steps to ensure our satisfaction and issues were addressed. He even performed an installation to sturdy our door and help ease our fears and concerns - something that fell out of the install teams hands but because he knew what to do, he took the time and did it. Jason was extremely thorough with his reasoning and brought factual education to the table to ensure we understood the product we purchased and how to know when it's a manufacturers issue verse installation issue, and so forth. He was great, I'd hands down recommend him as and Install Manager and is an extremely ethical individual who takes pride in his work. Jason made a positive impact to my husband and I, and also changed our perspective on the company Precision Door as a whole. I hope Precision Door knows that they a good one with Jason and find ways to incentivize his superior performance, workmanship, and customer service.

We were told of other components that were in need of replacement at a substantial additional cost. The Lifetime Warranty on the springs is only honored if you accept the additional suggested repairs. In all fairness,I believe the workers are well trained and competent but the companies businesses model and upselling of service makes me question the value.

He reviewed what the game plan was before starting to make sure we were on the same page. I had another plumbing concern (faulty water shut off valve) that I wanted his opinion on. He was able to complete the job same day, for an extra fee of course, since it wasn't a part of Center Point Energy install. He walked me thru the type of valve he would be installing (lever) vs what I had before (knob) and why it was better. He also showed me how to empty the outside faucet line after I bled it from the outside (to winterize the line). He also reviewed steps of city inspection and when I should here from city hall. I had an appointment window of 8-12. He arrived at 9:30 and was done by 11:30. Products look nice, pipes look shiny. Very happy with their service! ***I second T.S.'s review before( 12/2017).

This company said they pulled a permit, but when I called the city days after the work was done I learned that they in fact did not pull a permit. That was months ago. Update to today, I got a call from Urban Pine saying that the city I live in had called them and they need to come back to my house regarding the install of my water heater. I called my city inspector and was told that the city never called them - that it must have been the State of Minnesota - that Urban Pin is under investigation for not following code/rules of the State. That's it in a nut shell - beware of this company. Save yourself some headaches and don't go through Center Point Energy to get a water heater and don't hire Urban Pine.
