This is not a one-time occurrence - this is how they regularly (falsely) advertise their gas prices every day. Charging an additional 20 cents a gallon is a significant difference. They're counting on people not checking. And they're hurting the neighboring Shell stations by making it look like their gas is much cheaper. Don't fall for it.

Because I have this likely unfounded fear of running out of gas, I normally put in gas with I get to half a tank. However, unfortunately, I did not notice that I inched to one-fourth of tank of gas to on empty. The closest gasoline station was HEB Fuel Gas. I am a creature of habit when it comes to getting gas, however, I was in an emergency situation. So, I stopped to pump gasoline, so I would not be stranded along the highway. While the pump was gushing gas into my car, I proceeded to clean my windshield. Gas and windshield cleaning services...score! Immediately, I noticed that the gasoline price per gallon was $3.27, which is a lot lower than I am used to paying. So I quickly filled up and I was on my way. They do sell ice, firewood and rent propane tanks. If you want to use the bathroom, they keep it locked so you'll have to ask the cashier to open it for you.
