They had no explanation as to why I got the affirmative notice other than "the system's been acting up." If it's not working, then it shouldn't be offered as an option. My husband thinks they really did have my medicine at one point, but gave it to someone else. Who knows, but unacceptable either way. The women at the front desk were very kind and apologetic, but it wasn't their fault.

We actually came here to get our tires checked out because I was pretty sure there was a nail in it or something because it kept leaking air. There were some people waiting there before us, and they ended up pretty upset. They literally waited almost 2 hours for a tire rotation. That is absolutely ridiculous. When they asked to speak to the manager, the manager tried to blame the customer, and the lady that was handling the the front desk also tried to blame the customer I couldn't believe it. Her leaving ended up speeding up our process, but it was ridiculous watching it unfold. Daryn....I hoped I spelled it righ,t was awesome. 22 Minutes Behind One Vehicle Is Not Acceptable…read more CVS Pharmacy - 1016 S. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD Visit: October 5, 2026 My experience at this CVS pharmacy drive-thru was extremely frustrating. I sat over 22 minutes behind a single vehicle while the entire line remained at a standstill. I fully understand that prescriptions can involve insurance problems, payment issues, questions, or unexpected delays. However, one complicated transaction should not bring the entire drive-thru to a halt for more than 22 minutes. If a prescription isn't ready or an issue requires that much time to resolve, why not politely ask the customer to pull around, come inside, or return when the medication is ready? That would allow customers with prescriptions already filled and ready for pickup to continue moving through the line. This isn't about blaming the customer or pharmacy staff--it's about better management and better procedures. A drive-thru is supposed to provide convenience and reasonable efficiency. CVS needs a better system at this location. Twenty-two minutes ( in extreme pain ) behind one vehicle is simply too long. I still enjoy your service CVS!!

They used his name twice, I guess not realizing I was standing right there. I'm not a medical professional but I'm thinking this may be a HIPPA violation. Even if it's not, I'd seriously consider switching pharmacies if this is your pharmacy.
