They then blamed me for the SIM card tray being the wrong colour, saying it was sun faded - it was a gold tray in a black phone. I contacted their management twice to give them an opportunity to rectify the issue but they were unwilling to assist. I will never use their services again and will be sure to ensure my friends, family and business don't either.

Earlier this week - 6 weeks after the on site visit by the original tech i had a follow up call from The Original PC Doctor. I told them i was not satisfied with the tech that was provided. They totally got on board. There was a technican made available, instantly if i had wanted, but I took the option for a return call later on that day. I received the call at the designated time and the technician stayed on line untill every issue was resolved at no charge whatsoever.
