I would say that the owners could stand to let us decide was is best for us, instead of telling us--I definitely felt patronized a bit by being told what I needed and what I should get, but I am reviewing the services, not the owners. My pedi could have been a bit more thorough, a bit more cuticle maintenance and the color could have been better but I told her I was more interested in my hands, and she did do that well.
