It has been a minute since…read moreI've received lash extensions and I was very pleased with the results provided by lash tech, Destiny. The place is cute and cozy with social distancing in place. Of course as with any corporate and private beauty studios there are always 'upsell' moments where services, maintenance products and memberships are recommended for purchase. I just politely turned down all suggestions. Refill pricing is comparable to other lash studios in the area. But for full sets, the prices are a bit higher than competitors. I am interested to see how my lashes hold up during the next 2 weeks before my refill appointment. *Update: The night of service a couple of lashes fell off while brushing. I also did not receive the lash aftercare instructions via email following my appt. I notified the lash lounge & Rosa, the manager, was prompt to return my call to discuss the issues. She confirmed instructions were re-sent and offered a time for me to come back in to have a couple lash extensions re-installed. I decided to just hold off until my refill. Rosa was very responsive and quick to resolve issues!
