I have never in my life gotten a wax and had so much of brow removed, they are not symmetrical at all; overly done to the point where I am looking into getting semi permanent eyebrows put on because it is that noticeable. Yes I got a refund, but I did HAVE to purchase an eyebrow pencil because it was that completely bad. And again yes I got a discount on the pencil, but I will be spending almost a 1000 dollars getting a semi permanent beauty procedure done now to fix a mistake that never should have been made. I have full brows, thick brows and I was told multiple times that having "sparse brows" is ok because they can be penciled in, I don't have thin brows I was waxed to the point my full brows that needed a little Clean up look like lines now. Also as waxing company you would know, that waxing pulls hair out by the root; which can lead to PERMANENT consequences, it is not guaranteed my hair will grow back.

I asked, "aren't you supposed to rinse that off first" and she rudely said "no... it's barbicide" like yes I can read thank you. My scalp started to burn as I was sitting on the chair longer and longer. I did a quick Google and sure enough the combs are supposed to be washed off before use. I attached pictures of my Google search to prove this is not ok practice. Not to mention the comb she was using looked like it was ten years old and had broken prongs. Not sure how you can get a proper cut while using a comb that's broken. To top it all off, not once was I asked if the water was ok while she was washing my hair. I had to ask twice for her to turn the temperature down. She didn't ask if I wanted my hair blow dried and just started doing it. She didn't ask how I wanted it styled and just turned on the straightener. When I said "oh you dont need to straighten it, I don't like using heat on my hair" she got snippy and said "ok you can just follow me then." And turned the straightener off. When I was being checked out I was not asked how the service or my experience was and was basically just given the price and told me I can read the monitor. Horrible experience. Let's hope my scalp is okay and I don't need to go to the doctor!!!!

Classic Bella came to my house and did my daughter's hair and makeup for her Homecoming Dance. My…read moredaughter is a sophomore so I wanted the makeup to be appropriate for a 15 year old. The makeup artist listened to what my daughter wanted and listened to what I wanted and applied the perfect amount of makeup to make both of us happy. She came to the house fully prepared, was polite and professional, listened to what we wanted and we could not have been happier with the results. My daughter's hair turned out amazing too! The prices were absolutely reasonable and I will use Classic Bella again for my daughter (and for me!).
