The beef tenderloin was actually what sealed the deal for us - my husband said that was the meal he wanted to eat at the wedding! We didn't originally love the salad options we first tried at our tasting but Shannon and the team were so open and responsive and crafted a chopped beet salad that was exactly what we were hoping for. Shannon was also super helpful as we figured out options for kids' meals and guided us to the most economical option. It was a luncheon served family style which I personally like as one is able to select their own food and as much or little as they want. They served a beef dish, chicken dish, and pierogi for main dish selections. Tasty, ample and no complaints. The hall was roomy and clean and the servers were very pleasant. When we did, he again he shared that he had a big commitment during the day but then as we talked through what I envisioned and needed, he committed to me that based on my order, he would be able to drop it off for my party, himself, if necessary. And truly, that's what he did. He dropped off the food, set it out, put out labels for all the food, etc. He was generous in every way imaginable. Oh, and the food! It was great. Everyone raved. The favorite by far was the spinach artichoke dip. Guests started looking up right away if that was something they could buy from Honest Foods directly. It turns out that the food was fresh, healthy, and friendly to guests with special dietary restrictions as well (vegan, vegetarian, no sulfites, gluten-free, etc.). For instance, we ordered the mushroom napoleon (it's all vegetables, no pastry) as an option for our vegan guests, and it turned out to be a big hit with everyone who tried it. Also, the tasting was fun, as it should be, and they really cared about our responses and helped us modify the menu so it was right.
