I was told the doctor had just arrived, which raises the question: why schedule appointments if the doctor is consistently late? When I asked why this happens so frequently, the staff explained that the doctor is supposed to arrive on time, but clearly, that's not the case. It seems the doctor has little regard for her patients' time and shows up whenever she feels like it. I take time off work to be here, and they can't even show the courtesy of being on time. After a couple days during the healing process (I got stitches) I realized I was still feeling a serrated edge and bleeding.
