I was told the doctor had just arrived, which raises the question: why schedule appointments if the doctor is consistently late? When I asked why this happens so frequently, the staff explained that the doctor is supposed to arrive on time, but clearly, that's not the case. It seems the doctor has little regard for her patients' time and shows up whenever she feels like it. I take time off work to be here, and they can't even show the courtesy of being on time. I will not be returning, as this delay happens every single time, regardless of how busy they are. I do not recommend this office.

Ive been having pain in one of my wisdom teeth. keyword: ONE Got there by 10:30 am was told to wait to be seen, got sent into a cubicle at 10:50, did not get talked to until 11:45. Dentist did not even have my xrays ready and so they could not proceed with him checking my wisdom teeth. Desperately he sent an assistant to get my xrays done once again. The dentist viewed my mouth, heard my reason for the visit when ahead and extracted the last tooth leaving my broken tooth unattended or me informed. After a couple days during the healing process (I got stitches) I realized I was still feeling a serrated edge and bleeding. I went back to their office and discovered they extracted the tooth that was not broken or needed urgent attention.
