Customer Service: I have exclusively been going to All-Around Sports over the last 3 years during my endeavor to create my own, small clothing brand. I am not designer... by any measure. Yet, Art and his staff kindly helped me alter my logo measurements, produced digitizations for my various ideas, and have fulfilled requests for 100 items and 5 items with the same speed and standard. Though I may never really be a designer, seriously, this shop has helped me achieve one of my life's passions. Durability/Quality: I have hundreds of screen-printed and embroidered products produced by All-Around Sports and I can honestly say that after dozens of washes, the screen printing has not yet cracked nor have the threads on the embroidery come loose. In my experience, most store-bought clothing items with screen printing usually crack after a few washes and the thread of the embroidery comes out. It's been 3 years and my shirts look and feel like they just came off of the press. Speed: All-Around Sports has workflow down to a science. Really, regardless of the quantity of products, Art and his staff have always gotten the products to me on time, if not even a bit earlier. I have dropped off 10+ shirts on a Monday and have had them ready by Thursday. Insane turn-around times. Though I now live in San Francisco, I would still rather fly down and get all of my printing and embroidery done at All-Around Sports. If that does not speak to the shop & staff's merit, I do not know what does.I would recommend, and have recommended, this shop to any and all that are looking for some sort of screen printing or embroidery done in any capacity.

I've called a few other places and gotten some snippy, rushy people on the line but this guy sounded calm and collected. He answered my questions regarding pricing and I was delighted to know they are affordable, and the turnaround time is only 2 days! When I called another business, they told me they wouldn't be able to have it done till around Christmas time. What! Other places told me 1 to 2 weeks. I brought in two pieces for two colors and two lines of embroidery, and they came out professional and nifty! I was delighted to call and find out the items were done the very next day! Picked them up with no problems, and they're looking great. This place also sells DJ equipment which was convenient because I happened to need a microphone cable. I was able to pick up quickly. I was not able to criticize their printing bec my project was mostly black transfers. But they look great and looks almost like silkscreen. The shop is small and is at the end of an industrial street. You ring the bell and they just hand you your roll of transfers. The end. My only gripe is the price (it was 30-35% more expensive than an online competitor) but i guess I'm paying for the speed of completion and convenience of being local.

The quality of the prints were very high, the colors were super vibrant, and the service was top notch. I didn't know much about heat transfers in the beginning but they helped walk me through the process step by step and make sure the project didn't have any issues. They allowed pick-up during off-hours in a convenient locker setup. I transferred the prints onto my team shirts with my heat press at home. I'd 100% use them again for another quick, efficient print project.

Incredible experience…read more I can't say enough great things about this place. I've brought in four pairs of high-end denim for hemming, and every time the work was completed in under 20 minutes. The team is friendly, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. Most tailors would take a week or more, but they deliver exceptional results on the spot, using a proper chain stitch machine to preserve the original look and character of the denim. That level of craftsmanship and service is hard to find. The experience was truly above and beyond. Next time I'm in, I'll be picking up a pair of their jeans as well. HOLY CRAP!! These guys are so incredibly slow!! I can't believe they get good reviews, they must…read moreonly do timely work for the locals. March 13th is when I paid for my "extreme damage" darning service. (these holes were no bigger than a quarter btw) June 3rd is when I was notified they were being shipped back to me. 11.5 weeks for something that they say will take 6-8 weeks. After the second month came and went, I was sure I wasn't going to get my jeans back. On Friday, May 15th I received a reply to my email asking about the status of my jeans. Tawny said that Steven is hoping to get March darns finished up by Tuesday. I wrongly assumed she meant the following Tuesday, not 2 weeks later. I guess Steven didn't hope quite hard enough. At very least, they could be more realistic on their stated timeframe to expect the work being done so the customer can make the choice to wait a ridiculous amount of time or to go somewhere else with their business. To top it off I got my jeans back and they smell terrible now. They insisted the jeans be washed when I sent them in and they were, I got them back smelling like the bottom of a goodwill clothing bin. This was my second time dealing with railcar. I ordered a t shirt and apparently ordered it in the wrong size. I sent it back and got an email saying that they received the shirt and they would exchange it. After a month went by I emailed them inquiring about the status of the shirt. Tawny replied, "Steven is falling a little behind on his list of things to finish up but he scheduled himself to finish printing next week". This is a whole month after they received the other shirt. Maybe if they started working earlier than 10am they could get things done in a timely manner. I'm glad in the end I just took a refund (minus the shipping cost of course) for the t shirt because I wouldn't want to advertise such a lousy company on my clothing and inadvertently cause someone else to have to deal with them.

I've had this leather jacket for almost ten years, but in the past two three years, it's gotten a bit too tight. To be fair, I got it during the era of the shrunken leather jacket, iykyk. I brought it to Puac. They told me that they don't have the fabric for it, and gave me direction to this fabric store downtown. I thought, well, I'm in this for the plot, and went where they told me. This let me know that Puac knows exactly what to look for. The fabric store was great, and when I told them who sent me, they gave me a 15% discount off the leather. When I brought the leather in, there was a week and a half turn around. They measured it out, and gave me an idea of how it would fit. I would say that you do pay for the quality of their work. It cost me about a hundred dollars for the tailoring alone, which I thought was absolutely worth it. The leather was $68. This is a jacket that I will continue to wear for a very very long time. I know that this tailor shop can do generally alterations, but I would trust them with more complex alterations and trickier fabrics to work with.
