After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Whenever I needed something I knew he will be there and he was always super prompt in his responses. I was getting terrible service after he left that company with the new agent assigned to me, who never took time to talk to me and was happy with auto-renewals. When I had finally reached out to the agent after 2-3 years, I didn't get any satisfactory response in addition to delayed responses and always voice mail. I really missed talking to the agent who can really understand what I'm looking for and help me. Finally, I reached back to Sayed again, and as always even after 3 years or he still remembers me and was available to talk and provided great options. It was a no-brainer to switch and save some money. More importantly, he provided great advice without any aggressive sales tactics.
