He seemed really helpful Unfortunately, after that initial conversation, I had a really difficult time getting any follow-up. I tried reaching Joe several times over the course of a few weeks and left around five messages without receiving a call back. Eventually, I was able to connect with one of the technicians, Ethan, who was great and got everything sorted out for me pretty quickly. Everyone I spoke with was kind and friendly, and I really appreciated Ethan's help. The biggest issue was communication and follow-through. There seemed to be a lack of communication internally, and because I had to repeatedly reach out myself, the process took much longer than it should have. I'm grateful that we ultimately got the wheelchair taken care of, but I do think their communication and follow-up could be significantly improved.

The place was so clean and friendly and very welcoming. I can tell you now that I would give them more stars if I could. They knew their stuff and were very knowledgeable, and I was in and out in a timely manner. Even though their were 2 people ahead, they ran through so smoothly and instructed me how the wheel chair works I am very impressed and glad we were able to get this chair because my wife really needed it. I got there at 1215, and I was out by 1250. They said Saturdays are not usually that busy, but I joked, and told them we are coming in like swarms to make sure they are not in a food coma from Thanksgiving, and both of them, plus the two guests laughed. I guess I'm pretty funny. Maybe being a "sit-down" comedian is a possible route in my near future. Thanks, Jackson Medical, for everything. I'd give you more than 5 stars if I could. First off I cannot thank him enough for giving me the flexibility with everything going on in my life when we 1st met with the different pay options, etc. Without the treatment he provided me, I would not be where I am at today. I think its been about a year or so since my last treatment and I can say I am still pain free. I have been able to complete a couple rounds of P90X one as a super modified version as more of rehab and core strengthening and another where I was able to go at it and get back in shape. I am just finishing up my 1st round of P90X2 in preparation for Tough Mudder (Google it if you don't know what it is). Again, a big thanks for everything he did to help me get back to living normal again.

What an incredible experience…read more When I went in for my consultation with Dr. Eileen Zhuo and her assistant, I wasn't even healthily skeptical of Chinese medicine, non-Western practices and acupuncture. I was convinced they didn't work at all. But I also felt like I had nothing to lose. I'd been suffering from severe, two-week-long PMS that basically left me incapacitated, chronically lethargic and sick - for half my life. My period cramps were even worse. I was taking approximately 5-12 Advils a day (200 mg/pill) for several days to combat the cramps, assuring the eventual destruction of my liver. I was prescribed Ketoralac for pain management by my ob/gyn, a medication with a black box warning. Within two weeks of starting acupuncture and taking both kinds of herbs that Zhuo recommended, I was on the mend. The first period after starting acupuncture was without cramps entirely. So was the second. And the third. My PMS started to lift. Or rather, it shifted from severe to mild. Even my intense food cravings disappeared. But oddly, other changes started occurring that nobody at the clinic warned me about. For instance, I now have this incredible, formidable bodily and mental energy that I've never had in my life. Apparently, I'm producing more chi because I'm regaining my health. I have so much energy that I often don't know how to channel it. And my insomnia is practically gone. I always have been a night owl, often taking more than two hours from the time my head hits the pillow to fall asleep. After three months of treatment, I'm sleeping within 15 minutes of laying down, sometimes less. I've never felt more alive or more in control of my life. Not only has this experience changed my mind about non-allopathic healing and Chinese medicine, but it's changed every aspect of everything I do.

I recently got micro needling and this is my result... my face is one fire and my face is so…read moreswollen that I can't see cause my eyes are swollen shut. When I talked to someone on the phone they said they would speak to the doctor there and get back to me soon. Three hours later and I still hadn't received a call. When I called back they said they had told me in the first call that I can come in pick up some cream they had set aside for me, and that's why they didn't call back. (How am I supposed to drive when I can't even see.) I told them they told me about the cream before I had sent new pictures about my reaction and how it's gotten worse. They then put me on hold and later told me this reaction is "completely normal." I had gotten micro needling done here before and this was not my reaction. This is different. I don't blame the aesthetician for my reaction. I think it may have been the aftercare treatment they gave me. I don't remember getting it the first time I had it done. The way they are handling things is what makes me frustrated. This definitely does not seem normal. This is an allergic reaction. And if this is normal and this is the kind of care they give to their patients, I would look to go somewhere else for micro needling. Also, I never received my full refund and they tries taking down my review on google to their stars go up. (very shady and unprofessional) So I'm posting on other platforms to make sure people are aware of what kind of clinic they are going to.

Keith had been treated by Dr. Knight at Abundant Life Chiropractic Center for whiplash after his car accident, and Keith kept stressing how thorough and extensive his exam had been there after his accident. Then Keith informed me that Dr. Knight had a massage therapist on staff there, and Keith described how he would almost fall asleep during Lynn's relaxing massages! My experiences at Abundant Life Chiropractic Center have exceeded my expectations! My initial exam was very thorough there, just as my friend Keith had described. The most impressive part of of my initial exam were the 'motion x-rays' that Dr. Knight took. With those x-rays Dr. Knight was able to show me (by laying or stacking one on top of the other), where normal vertebrae should be, versus how my vertebrae were actually sitting! There was no question that I'd sustained a whiplash injury! After just a few adjustments, my headches went away completely, as did the sensation of electric shock type of pain that travelled down my right arm, and commenced in a tingling sensation in my right hand. I live 30 miles away from Abundant Life Chiropractic Center, but the drive has been worth it due to the healing that I've experienced after my car accident in January! And my friend Keith was not exaggerating when he told me how relaxing Lynn's massages are, and I've actually fallen asleep more than once! For my entire life I've been receiving chiropractor care close to where I live, as needed, to maintain my health, but in this situation after my car accident, I believe I made the right choice to travel to Chanhassen for my treatment. Another amazing thing that sets Dr. Knight at Abundant Life Chiropractic Center above all the "other" practioners, is his commitment to educate his patients about maintaining their health. He holds regular FREE Seminars on topics such as nutrition, and I can't wait to attend his next seminar scheduled for June 23rd!
