Ordered a small peach smoothie and a sausage and cheese kolache for myself. Aside from the kolache being small and warmed up in a waxed bag (oh no!) all was good. It would be nice if they had a "frequent flyer" program going. Getting into the location and out early in the a.m. is always a bear! read more

Just a friendly neighborhood coffee shack with an average menu but a very kind staff!! I'll stop by again when I'm around Bulverde. The price is what you would expect but it's so yummy!!!!! I just ordered the freeze and my wife and I definitely enjoyed the memory that Apollo was part of on our drive date. read more

Cute little drive through with good coffee! I ordered the Astro in an iced version and really enjoyed it. Would go back and maybe just try that one as half sweet or make my own coffee next time. But would recommend to others in the area. read more

Apollo's is the best coffee I've had in the San Antonio area. Not only is it the best tasting coffee but the service is great and they are very efficient. I've never had to wait like I did at other shops. I pass up multiple shops to get here and it's still saves me time. read more

Apollo’s Coffee - Apollos coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bulverde, Texas

I've driven past Apollo's Coffee many times, but hadn't stopped in yet. My husband and I made a point to go this past weekend. I was surprised and delighted - really blown away - that their prices are the same as the pictures on here from 3 years ago. Only $5 for a 20oz drink!! My husband got a 20oz and a muffin. I got a 16oz. Our order was only $11 and some change. AMAZING!! The coffee was pretty darn good, too. Apollo has earned some new customers. :) read more

They are super fast and a better bang for your buck that the chain coffee shops. I got 5 small coffees for under 12 bucks, and these all came out so quick. Will have to try their pastries next time. My go-to drink is the White Crater, yum! read more

I just stopped by for the first time, it's really small and right off the highway so I almost didn't see it. Lol. Anyway I went and the staff were super super friendly and even gave me drink suggestions. I'll definitely swing by again next time I go to San Antonio!! read more

Very good frozen coffee beverage (Jul 19, 3:45 pm or so). We would like to see the worker don a mask though. Every ones cooperation is needed to nip this COVID thing in the bud. read more

Apollo’s Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bulverde, Texas

2/15/2024. I love this place! I go to Apollo's all the time and I even rep one of their stickers on my work laptop! I usually only have 5 star experiences when I stop by, but today I was greeted by an unfriendly employee (I think her name was Taylor? Not sure) who was very rude to me. She was very monotone and seemed annoyed during our initial interaction. I always get their White Crater and she told me they were out of honey. I joked "Aw man" and feigned a pout with my lip out (jokingly). I told her that was fine and that I would take a large. When I got my drink, I noticed that it seemed to not have as much coffee as it usually does in the cup. My straw was also very short - when inserted fully, it barely came out of the lid. Because I am usually comfortable with the staff, I turned around to ask for a longer straw and to inquire about the fullness of the drink. The younger girl that I spoke to was perfectly friendly and she apologized for the short straw stating that they were all out of the longer straws - this is not a problem at all! I thanked her and a few minutes later, the previous employee returned (I had gone to the other window to avoid conflict/embarrassment) and she shoved the cup out towards me and said "we measure our drinks each time they are created" with an awful look on her face. Shocked, I told her "thank you" and "that's good to know". A little more ice would have given the appearance of more coffee in the cup. As a former barista, I was surprised by the reaction I was given. Very sad experience. The young lady I usually interact with (tattoos and dark hair) is always lovely and kind. I wish all the employees could have her upbeat and friendly nature. If I do return, I probably will not go back for a good while out of embarrassment. Very sad. read more

First of all THANK YOU! We have been looking for a good coffee place since we moved here in 2014. We found one but they disappointed us by going woke! The other joints that already went woke y'all know who I speak of. We will now be a loyal Apollo's customer's. All the barista's we had were spot on. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you again and LET'S GO BRANDON! read more

Wow, hole in the wall type joint with great coffee. We were not sure we were in the right spot but pulled around the building and we were in and out. read more

I got the cosmo and it was so tasty! The coffee itself is good and it kept me energized. My fiancé got the eclipse and that one was way stronger but still tasty! It's the closest coffee to us and I'm glad, I'd choose this over Starbucks. read more

Apollo’s Coffee - Menu - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bulverde, Texas

Been frequenting this road side coffee shop for several months now. They are conveniently located right off the road on my drive to work. They are drive thru only but cleverly have 2 drive thru windows (one on either side of their shop). Although they offer all sorts of different coffee drinks, the "Thriller" is my slam dunk winner! It's a 6 shot espresso drink. When you need to get your day going right why would I drink anything else. The shop also offers muffins and Kolaches in case you're hungry. As with any five star review, their service is excellent. Lines move quickly and you are always greeted with a hello and smile and handed a coffee thank you and have a good day! Great small business to try. read more

This place is awesome, I love their coffee and the service is always outstanding! I come here about 3 times a week, even though it's 20 minutes away and there are closer places. I highly recommend Apollo's!! read more

Forget name brands and labels. This place is way better in taste and price. AND you'll be supporting local business!

I just left this tiny place that could easily be missed, and I would have missed possibly the BEST Iced lavender vanilla latte I have EVer had. Good coffee has layers of flavors all by itself, and sometimes the extra foof (lavender etc.) can cover even bad coffee, but when the coffee is good, it is just an explosion of flavors in the best way. Go out of your way to stop here! So good! read more

"Misleading menu prices" that's what the worker told me for overcharging me to get a drink iced. Paid 7.50 for a dirty chai that taste like it was from the box with a bunch of milk added to it. Menu says $5 for a 20oz chai and .50 for each shot. This felt like a scam from the worker. Is this really a thing to charge $2 more to get a drink iced ? To respond back to Red A. You're employee used that word to tell me after she made it that the sign is misleading cause it dose NOT say any drink you get iced is an additional $2. I got a 20oz not a 32oz. Also I am aware how chai tea is made but for 7.50 it was not all that great. Thank you! We will not return here since that's how you address a customer who had a bad experience. read more

I would choose Apollo's over Starbucks! 1. Support small business, 2. the line moves quickly, 3. the coffee is delicious 4. service with a friendly smile! read more

Apollo’s Coffee - Iced Sticky Toffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bulverde, Texas

I Used to really it here. Finally found the good good that tasted better than Starbucks. it is 15 mins from my house and 20 mins to get to work. I drive there almost every morning to get their coffee. The coffee tasted good but this happens 3 times when I ordered 2 different things hot and ice. It's always come out wrong. I ordered hot cosmo and ice sticky toffee and it's come out ice cosmo and hot sticky toffee. I was going to say something today but the lady just rush me out of the drive through. And I know that minute I m not going to waste her time. She doesn't care. Just really disappointed and hope you do better but I personally never going back again. read more

Such a cute little stand! Their beans are amazing and they have endless flavor (including sugar free) options!

The one blonde lady who works there is really nice but whoever owns this place needs to re think some things. There shouldn't be two lines, it's very unorganized, easy to cut people who have been waiting in line and doesn't make sense honestly. It took us 35 mins just to get our order taken and another 10 mins to make two drinks that were not hot what so ever. I wanted to really like this place but coffee spots should be efficient & fast. I will stick with on the grind for now on. read more

Love this place, their coffee and the people that work here. So friendly and kind. Also, their coffee is SOOO GOOD!
