The physical therapist, PAPE, was absolutely amazing. He gives quality outstanding service his clients. He is professional, compassionate, patient, Top tier customer service skills, Knowledgeable and passionate about his profession but still eager and open minded to learn more. I was having difficulty with an AOS brace my doctor recommended and he admitted he was not familiar with the brace, but he didn't give up on helping me until he figured it out and then explained it to me. I'm really sad I cannot continue working with him at Park North. This is the 2nd time in my life I've done physical therapy, and this experience left a long lasting impression on me. My first experience was nothing compared to what I've learned from Pape in a brief period of time. The world needs more people like Pape. Thank you so much.

The facilities were disgusting, (including the bathroom) as you can see in my pictures. The therapist I worked seemed overwhelmed and didn't really care whether or not I did the exercises correctly with my injury. It was a terrible experience and felt such a lack of care and safety in a physical therapy session.

I spend cab fare to get to my appointment on time, only to be turned away. I am very upset and in pain. It took a lot for me to leave the house and get to my appointment on time. Also, at first glance the place looks like a hole in the wall. There were several people waiting in the waiting area, and the atmosphere wasn't inviting nor pleasant.
