Mike came out to my house @ 0200 and worked on door lock for a about an hour and realized it was a bit more than expected and then moved over to the garage door and after a bout an hour at the garage he was able to access the emergency release and open up my garage which gave me access to my home. So by 0400 my family and I were in our home settling down for the remainder of the morning. Very courteous and prompt and explained to me what all he was trying to accomplish what was requested. I was delivery food this Jan 1st when my car came of the edge of a drive way with a steep drop off and got stuck.
