Away from home not knowing where to turn for help!…read more We were visiting Decatur on a fishing trip when our boat trailer hub comes off stranding us on the side of the road in a bad side of town. I looked online and randomly picked the closest wrecker service to me. Fortunately, it happened to be "Haul it All Towing". Three men including the owner came to our rescue. They spent an hour or so devising a way to put the boat on their truck. They offered to haul it back to their shop and store it until we were able to secure parts. Turns out we had to replace the whole axle. The owner, Gavin, recommend I try Lawrimore's Trailer in Falkville, AL. They had a perfect match that I was able to secure. Gavin insisted they put the axle on for me. I honestly didn't think we would ever get our boat home, but we did and we have "Haul it All Towing" to thank. These guys are hero's! Thank you for getting us back home.

The pricing is outrageous and they did not let me know of a pricing increase. I was never given the opportunity to decline or approve high pricing. Yet they expect me to be responsible? Very unprofessional and inexperienced!!!!!!The staff at the front desk do not have a clue of what they are doing.. They lied to me about the cost of services I wanted to be done. Then charged me and decided not to call me during business hours to let me know. I had to call to find out they were going to keep and lock my car in the building overnight due to a misunderstanding of the front desk employee with a 3rd party payer. BEWARE! Avoid Advanced Towing and Recovery in Decatur, Alabama at all costs. The franchise…read moreholder/owner agreed to refund the towing and storage fees for our totaled car when we signed the title over to him. When our son handed him the signed title, he told our son that he had spoken with his father (car owner) and evidence of a refund did not need to be given at that time. This was a bald faced lie. This was a breach of a verbal contract that the owner of Advanced Towing and Recovery in Decatur, Alabama, had with the owner of the car. He basically scammed us to get title of the car without giving us any due financial consideration that he had previously verbally agreed to. When the owner of the car found out there was no credit given, he called the franchise owner and the franchise owner said that "He (car owner) was a fool to allow his son to conduct his business."
