Todd provided great service from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire inspection process. He took the time to explain his findings clearly and made sure I understood the report and what to look for moving forward. I also appreciate the added peace of mind provided by the 90-day home warranty guarantee included with the inspection. I would definitely recommend Todd to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and knowledgeable home inspector. Excellent experience and great customer service! read more

Todd was fantastic to work with, and was great to note any items of concern before closing on the house. Would highly recommend.

Todd from Integra made sure everything was functioning and operating before closing on home. highly recommend.

Todd was absolutely amazing! Honestly, you're not going to find a better home inspector. He's an engineer, OCD, and will definitely find everything you need to address when buying or selling a home. We are looking to buy and he did a very thorough job and was super friendly! He also does Radon testing. That costs a little extra and 48 hours to complete, but it's worth the piece of mind. Also, lightning fast sending your inspection report! It was in my email the very next morning! read more

As first time home buyers in August of 2023, we took our realtor's recommendation and used Integra for our home inspection. He told us about a few things that needed our attention like wood rot, but totally missed the fact that our upstairs AC unit was 13 years old and would need to be replaced as soon as possible. On top of walking into our house that was 90 degrees in the middle of summer, the washer, dryer, and dishwasher were not working when we moved in and needed to be replaced immediately. Additionally, none of the fans in our house were installed with mounts which we found out when we went to replace a fan. We have leaky faucets and water damage in our kitchen bathroom cabinetry that was covered by shelf liners. We just keep finding things that were not looked at properly and feel extremely discouraged and frustrated. 9 months in to owning our house and we are really regretting our decision to use Integra. We were led to believe that the wood rot was the biggest problem we'd be facing. We would have asked for more of reduction in the cost of the home had we known how many things were not functioning properly. The owner was kind and communicative, but I would not recommend them at all. read more

Over the years, I have had numerous House Inspections, while both selling and purchasing homes. It is usually a stressful time, with plenty of important information that needs to be juggled. When I say that Todd is without question the best individual we have had the pleasure of working with, I mean every work of it. Most all of the inspections I have had in the past have been nothing more than a formality, with the report, for the most part, useless. The information Todd supplied in the report he produced was extremely useful and honestly amazing. Todd, I hope you read this, because you need to also know how your time, effort and expertise has resulted in a truly amazing all around process. From the initial call, to your prompt and thorough inspection which resulted in an Inspection Report, that is second to none. Thank You, Fred and Sondra. read more

Todd inspected a new build for me, he was very thorough. He was professional and efficient. I received a detailed report followed with a call explaining the report and to ask if I had any questions. With each issue found, he provided photos and even a video for one problem area along with a detailed report underneath. I 100% recommend Todd. Todd at Integra Inspection did a great thorough job. I used his inspection service a few months ago for another house and he saved me from buying a money pit. This house I'm buying now is good to go. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Once complete I received a detailed report with photos and highlights. Todd also breaks the inspection down into categories, areas of concern from severe to mild. Todd will take all the time you need for him to explain and go into detail with the report. Wow, what an awesome service! I'm very impressed by the quality of detail provided in Todd's report. The report he provides is unlike any other home inspection service I have ever seen or heard of. He found several major problems that would have certainly never been discovered until they became a total catastrophe. The report was full of tons of photos and references. Also he provided personally narrated videos describing the most critical problems, while recommending the most cost-effective solutions or fixes. I would also like to mention that he was extremely great to work with long distance and able to accommodate a very short notice request. The level of expertise and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. I'm so glad we went with Integra, as Todd's findings have literally saved us thousands in repair costs at closing and I expect have prevented thousands of dollars in potential future repairs costs. I appreciate that he also had great recommendations for improving heating/air and water efficiency which I am already seeing in our reduced monthly utility bills. I'm strongly considering having him come back in a year or two to do a follow-up inspection. I highly recommend his services, you won't be disappointed! read more

Great experience working with Todd. He came highly recommended and I now know why. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule

Highly recommended. Extremely informative and a service to be trusted. I acquired much knowledge in how to better maintain our home!

From start to finish amazing job and Todd is someone you can trust. Within minutes of reaching out Todd called me. To be honest I was talking to three other companies. Todd was the only one that walked me through the whole process top to bottom and explained to me every step. I met him at the house and again top notch service. He showed me everything and gave me honest assessments of each problem. He even went as far as talking to builder for me to better explain what the issues were. I know nothing about construction or building houses, but I trust Todd with everything. I would recommend him to everyone. read more
