As first time home buyers in August of 2023, we took our realtor's recommendation and used Integra for our home inspection. He told us about a few things that needed our attention like wood rot, but totally missed the fact that our upstairs AC unit was 13 years old and would need to be replaced as soon as possible. On top of walking into our house that was 90 degrees in the middle of summer, the washer, dryer, and dishwasher were not working when we moved in and needed to be replaced immediately. Additionally, none of the fans in our house were installed with mounts which we found out when we went to replace a fan. We have leaky faucets and water damage in our kitchen bathroom cabinetry that was covered by shelf liners. We just keep finding things that were not looked at properly and feel extremely discouraged and frustrated. 9 months in to owning our house and we are really regretting our decision to use Integra. We were led to believe that the wood rot was the biggest problem we'd be facing. We would have asked for more of reduction in the cost of the home had we known how many things were not functioning properly. The owner was kind and communicative, but I would not recommend them at all. read more

Wow, what an awesome service! I'm very impressed by the quality of detail provided in Todd's report. The report he provides is unlike any other home inspection service I have ever seen or heard of. He found several major problems that would have certainly never been discovered until they became a total catastrophe. The report was full of tons of photos and references. Also he provided personally narrated videos describing the most critical problems, while recommending the most cost-effective solutions or fixes. I would also like to mention that he was extremely great to work with long distance and able to accommodate a very short notice request. The level of expertise and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. I'm so glad we went with Integra, as Todd's findings have literally saved us thousands in repair costs at closing and I expect have prevented thousands of dollars in potential future repairs costs.
